But never in all my yars of travel on the 7 seas have I ever seen a piano on a brig. Perhaps the odd small peep otherwise used to whistle the captain on board. They say PMJ can defeat all comers with their hearty singin' renditions of music of all kinds. Alto's that would rattle your bones, harmonies the likes of which you've never heard. Sopranos the likes of which are only heard of in ballads and tall tales (and "the lion sleeps tonight"). And the voices of bass singers that must hail from the very depths of the ocean. But what does this pretty lad serve up? A piano solo no less. AAHHRR! Get the troops together and do this thing properly Bradlee!

Oh heavens, this brings back many a piano lesson from when I was 14! I had a wonderful jazz piano teacher that was giving me a good grounding in ragtime style music, and seeing the beginning of this video, with the left hand playing a "stride" style brought every one of those lessons back.
