Yes you'll need to sand resin before priming. You'll need to re-scribe lots of parts (like the end pieces on bottom of wings. Good luck, I think it's a decent challenge for 1st timers. You'll need super glues also.

did you have to sand and trim the resin parts? i want this to be my first resin project. i have the resin kit in my newtype shopping cart lol

What paint was used for the inner frame I love the shine
Gaianotes brand though it's hard to get at the moment. I also use Alclad metallic paints. Both brand are very good.
