Amazing Chocolate Ice Cream using Lindor balls

Lindor by Lindt are a WORK OF ART, let's make some ice cream using the Lindor Balls.
What you will need:
Milk (2%) 586g
Cream (heavy or double) 400g
Cocoa powder (Guittards ideally as its a perfect one to go with the Lindor) 40g
135g Lindor balls (12 balls)
Sugar 100g
Dextrose 151g
Skimmed Milk Poweder 55g
Stabilizer 1.3g (Optional)
If you can't get Lindor balls where you are, not only are you missing out on one of the GREATEST sweets in the world, this recipe will not really be much use to you.
If you CAN get them, I recommend you get on this right away!! CHOP CHOP
