Planting and Harvesting Ginger in 165 Days

Hello friends. In the video I present the entire cycle of ginger cultivation, from the planting of the rhizomes to its harvest, which lasted 165 days. Planting begins in September-October and harvesting takes place in spring. In this harvest I prioritized gingers with a softer texture, in this way the harvest was carried out as soon as the ginger released the first inflorescences.
In the preserve, 1 kg of ginger, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 cup of sugar, 3 cups of vinegar and 1 cup of water were used.
