More likely than not, it’s not a “one off” though. I am one of those Loss Prevention personnel, and I can tell you from ongoing experience that it’s most likely a repeat offender in this case. Our Courts are doing a piss-poor job at holding the repeat offenders accountable.

Lawmaker's need to wake up they need a no chase policy here in NC I heard the stores may have insurance on the groceries and no groceries is worth dying for . Now in 100per cent total dignity and respect to the officer could some other type of lethal force like a tazer could have been used? What do you all think?
