not sure about overseas shipping but they literally have the worst customer service, received things that looked nothing like the photos, they blatantly ignore the Australian Consumer Law, they have a return fee for store credit only, and copy other brands designs
Shame they only except returns for store credit, very dodgy. Wont be purchasing unfortunately, as they did have some nice clothes which I would’ve wanted.
Do NOT buy from White Fox. Their return policy is an absolute joke. They only give store credit for their poorly sized, horribly made clothes. I bought a sixty dollar corset from them and it was far too big and somehow even worse quality than a three dollar corset I bought from Shein. Literally an embarrassment to Australia, this brand. I couldn't get my money back and their customer service idiots kept saying "no refunds for change of mind." How about a refund for a small top which fit like a large? It was like talking to a brick wall.
Pretty bad if you're from the UK ngl, in my experience you can only get a refund if there is a fault in the item, if you don't like it or it doesn't fit you can only get the money back in store credit which is annoying! and you have to pay to ship it back!
store credit only and to the US, it can sometimes take a month to receive the item. There's a $10-11 return fee I think and sometimes it can take 2 months for me to even get my store credit so honestly it really sucks
