    Jalen Carter is the PFF #1 ranked interior lineman in the NFL right now at 92.3 grade. He's ahead of Chris Jones, Dexter Lawrence, Aaron Donald etc, and he's a rookie! And Jordan Davis is ranked in the top 10. Eagles are gonna be a big problem for teams for many years.

    • @jarvasedundy1
      @jarvasedundy1 Год назад +16

      I try not to take PFF grades so seriously at times. Cause their grades can be suspect at times lol. But for Jalen Carter sake, his grade is on piont! For example, they gave Falcons DT David Onyemata a 91.5 PFF grade through the first two games of the season and dude has been decent for my Falcons. But he has not been that elite for an 91.5 grade lol. He's now, sitting at 89.5 PFF grade now. And I still don't understand why he's that high actually. He should be around 70-79 PFF grade.

    • @rebeltvr6046

      @@rebeltvr6046you are correct it factors in heavily. Especially win rate on double teams. He definitely deserves the 91.5. That said carter definitely deserves his top grade. I remember a play from this game where cox got a sack, carter had the double team, and he almost beat cox to the qb despite that. It was an unbelievable play that didn’t get any recognition in the moment because it was a cox sack

    Idk what’s scarier, the fact that Jalen Carter is this good or that he is only 22. I love watching the D Line just control games. I really think they are the only group that could stop the push play the offense run lmao

    No doubt a great one on one player who wins with quickness, power and football IQ (I’ll refrain from saying anything about his human iq). The only rep you showed that I really had a problem with was the stunt game with Sweat about 2 minutes into the video. I could be wrong, but if I’m not mistaken when you run a game and you’re the one setting up for the other guy to loop around shouldn’t you try to stay on the guard a little longer? Cause once Sweat came around the corner the guard was ready to pop him. And yes Carter had the pressure on the play but the lack of effort to chase down the play when we know he has the speed to keep up is concerning to me; especially because you see Sweat who was right next to him busting a gut to make that play. I could be nitpicking but those feel like the extra little details for sustaining success once the leagues vets figure out your calling cards.

      Yeah, I have to agree. Jalen carter is looking amazing buy no matter how good he gets, he will still never be anywhere near what Reggie White was!!! Reggie was the very definition of unstoppable, didn't matter what you do, you arent stopping him. He had 21 sacks in 12 games one year. Love what im seeing from Jalen so far but he can't be compared to the MINISTER OF DEFENSE!!!!!!

      @@shawnperri8825 The Game was different when Reggie played, lineman are bigger faster stronger.Jalen will never plays as many snaps as Reggie they rotate more now. Jalen is just as quick off the ball and just as strong. Jalen is playing better in his Rookie than Reggie did. Reggie played a couple years in the USFL he honed his craft before playing in Philadelphia. Jalen is an All Pro as a Rookie. There’s no way you can tell me how good Jalen will turn out as a player
