Non-consensual has a nice ring to it, but as far as I can tell, every one of your tows was requested, legal, fulfilled a need, and or a handicap cheater. When I was in my twenties and didn’t know squat, I had a bad opinion of tow truck drivers and their business, but I was wrong. You do a great service that has value to me and the people around me.

When the rules are enforced, then everyone that can follow them benefits. I used to be in the towing industry, and, spent way too much time being screamed at by people that thought the rules didn't apply to them. But, business owners, apartment managers, and tenants that needed parking, loved us. You are a great driver, and, it seems, a good person. Keep that up.
I watch too many RUclips videos. As far a towing folks go. You are one of the kindest. You try to help when you can. You are upfront and honest telling people what they need To hear. Other tow drivers are nice and try to be funny. Telling people what the want to hear. Then make fun behind their backs.

I've watched every one of your videos. You are a very good person and excel at your profession. You are excellent at dealing with "hard to deal with" individuals. Without tow people like you, every apartment complex would have zero parking and be nothing but 100% junk cars. Most people don't realize that. I watch these videos only to watch you deal with the difficult people. Really, I don't care too much for videos like this one when there are no idiots for you to interact with. Years ago I knew an apartment manager who would clear the car's windshield of dust and dirt then apply a bright orange warning sticker that was 18 by 24 inches about the upcoming tow. Worked every time.

Yes Johnny, I know about it being a hard job. A few years ago I was needing the job buddy of mine was a tow trucker out of Marietta. So I spent a day with them on cold January day and no heat in the truck. We did a couple of consensual tows. And then we spent the rest of the day picking up and delivering rental equipment from a rental company. I about froze my butt off all day long and after my one day experience it just wasn't for me. That I certainly give you all the props in the world for the job you do on a daily basis. It's a tough job. I do enjoy your videos. Thanks very much
I can only afford a low rent apartment. When I see a car like that Acura or once even a brand new Dodge Charger, I just shake my head. I've seen fancy cars here and I've seen them sit needing repair and/or get repossessed. Seems to me that if these people bought cars they could afford they might still be on the road.
When you get a U-Haul like the one you just picked up, do you out of courtesy notify U-Haul and give them the number of the unit so it doesn't lay around for a long time unclaimed?

That uhaul is a high dollar tow!
It's dangerous! I did repossession on cars in the early 90s and though it did pay well, it wasn't easy and you basically jumped rope on a razor blade.
