You have been reading my mind.I am beauty-on-a-budget so most of these devices are out my price range. I did splurge on the Myolift Mini. Years before Suzanne Somers came out with a microcurrent device called the FaceMaster. It has the two probes and the "erase" and "educate" modalities. And a great program that I have added to my Myolift Mini program.

Penny of Pen Smith Skincare interviewed Melanie of ZIIP Beauty. It was fabulous. The ZIIP device has multi-waveform, sometimes using as many as three in one program. And she's always changing up the programs on the app, so this little device is going to stay current for awhile. Having said that, Jenn on AlohaJenn Beauty Blog thinks the Myolift Mini gives better and more long lasting results than the ZIIP.

I just want to share with anyone that is interested in the NIRA, with my personal experience, please keep in mind that when I was 24 a doctor told me that I had “thin skin” (I didn’t really understand what he meant) now that I’m double the age, I presume it’s thinner. This is just my personal experience:
    Pros:
    - easy to use
    - only a couple minutes a day
    - cod not need to charge frequently, charge lasts for weeks
    - decent price, I got mine during a Black Friday sale with 50% off and normally they have some sort of sale going on
    Cons: (for me)
    - painful around eyes (which it’s what it’s been approved to be used for)
    - the app is faulty, even though it’s a good idea to use to keep track of pictures, but it constantly fails
    - didn’t see any progress around my eyes after using it every day for 5 months at level 1
I’m using sporadically 2-3 times a week, and trying it on my laugh and forehead lines, will see how that turns out, those areas are not as painful, but still using Level 1.
If you have “thin skin” this may not be a good device for you. Hope this helps someone 😉

I had the tria and it does hurt so didn't end up using it and when I pulled it out again it didn't work, not my favourite. The ZIIP I enjoy and think it helps the skin to look pretty. The Nira I have only been consistent with for the last 2 months, I use it everywhere, 11's around the mouth and on the forehead wrinkles and of course the eyes, I think it does work but I can only use it on the second level otherwise it hurts too much, for me. I have two mitomod 600 panels and use it everyday, without clothing, makes me feel calm, I think, for me this is the best purchase. I bought 1 panel at a time and then joined them together. I am interested to see what you end up buying!!

I have the Tria laser and it's really time-consuming and a little painful. Plus, not that easy to use on certain (boney) areas. It turns off as soon as it looses proper contact with the skin. I think it can be useful for issues like fine lines and pigmentation if you stay committed (which I didn't ☺). I pulled it out a few days ago to try it on the backs of my hands. That takes only 5 minutes (I use level 3 which is 2.5 min. per are and I consider one hand = one area) and I can use it while watching TV.

  • @kathrynwhitlatch9509

I bought the Tria laser a couple years ago, but I didn’t stick with it. I’ve started again, I’ve been at it a week. I went straight to the highest level. It stings a little but not that bad. It stings more on the right side of my face than the left. We all have a more sensitive side I was told by an aesthetician. My problem is it makes my face dry, red and patchy. I’ve been using the red light mask after and then slugging( heavy Aquiphore and hyalouronic acid and squalene. This seems to help a lot. If it works it will be worth it! I’m seeing aging more this last year, it’s been a tough one.

Hi, Jodylynn! I use to own the small Mito led nir red light panel, I ended up selling it it just got too hot for me. I personally think it is really good if you have sore muscles or achy joints. My purchase reasoning is the same as yours I wanted something after micro-needling. I ended up purchasing an Omilux mask, and I do use it after micro-needling just make sure the mask is clean. I just lay it over my face; your channels close up quite quickly. I also, own the Nira but have not used it as of yet. The Time Master Pro in my opinion is overpriced, but I have to say if you are a sinker it will plump up your skin, but it's temporary. I have been interested in the ZIIP, but I don't want to be tied to an app, and from what Penn Smith said she likes it for lymphatic drainage.

I have the Time Master Pro and am still on the fence with it; I've had it a few of months. I have glycated skin on one side of my face due to severe sun damage in my 20's, but I haven't seen a difference, yet. The device holds a charge for only two uses, which I don't like. I don't always remember to charge it, so I'm not consistent with it. I do like that I only have to use it a couple of times per week; it's recommended to only use the device every 3 days. It does get hot in my hand, and the vibration almost stings until you get used to it. In my opinion, it is overpriced. I'll keep trying to remember to charge it and get back into routine with it in hopes that my money was well spent.

I do medical needling once a month with Dr. Pen and red light therapy. Honestly, what has worked best for me so far is Timeless vitamin C L-ascorbic acid. I received a second degree sun burn on one side when I fell asleep in the sun, which depleted collagen on that side of my face. I still remain hopeful that something will attack it and make it better, even though I know it won't go completely away.

However, if you purchase the Lumo you do not need the deep shot. I just use it because I have it. Does that help? If you purchase the Lumo, do not go over 25 minutes of RF a week. I hope that helps. 🙏❤️

There is content on the TMP, BUT I haven’t seen much if any content from a consumer showing their journey using it. I would love to hear your review on the TMP and your before and after pictures. The ZIIP to me doesn’t get as much hype as it deserves, so I’d love to see your content on it. The MBK seems kinda redundant to me. Fantastic! Not trying to sell us a device becuase it was sponsered or want us to buy it so you can get a percentage. Real honest thoughts. It's the way all of us think and compare things. I have the mito red light panel and i love it! It is super powerful, I believe more powerful then a mask agianst the skin (in my opinion). I did microneedling and wow, I healed so fast! I wouldn't give up my red light panel for anything. It's so relaxing and I usually just relax for about 10-12 minutes or you can meditate, I usually get so relaxed that i fall asleep (but it turns of automatically to the time you set). There is NO work involved, no tired arms or movement. Plus with a panel you can use it on any area of the body that you injured or you want to heal faster. Another advantage of a panel is you can treat your face next and upper chest all at the same time without speanding all that extra money on attachements for the nexk and chest like the masks require. It also saves time since you can do all three areas at once.

I have had the mito mini for 2 years. I love it. I have had Incredible results. I use it 3 days/week -10 minutes a session on my face. 2 days 10 minutes for my neck. Do a search for Alex Ferguson mito led. He breaks down scientifically the specs of led panels. Mito tops all. This helped me decide which panel to purchase. It is extremely well made/engineered. I want to eventually get the full body mito pro. I have the Tria and the Philips Reaura. The reaura is discontinued. I bought mine on eBay from the Netherlands that included a 2 year warrenty. It was like brand new. The reaura is amazing. I have had it for 1.5 years and have did 2 treatment sessions with it.( each session 8 weeks) I had Much better results than with the tria. I have had the Tria for 2 years. I did only a 1/2 treatment session ( 4 weeks)with the Tria because of the time consumption. The laser head is bigger on the Reaura. Both are painful and you get a sandpaper texture for your treatment time with both. But, goes away after your treatment time is complete. The Tria is very time consuming. The Philips is only 2 days a week. The discomfort. Subsides in an hour. Think strong sunburn feel. There is a learning curve to using the reaura. Between the 2- Mito wins, but the Reaura is in 1st place behind it.

Yes, to calm myself I had told me that I would have paid a lot of money for a salon treatment. My jawline really looks great and the ultrasound killed my 11. I was so amazed that I bought a new device at Amazon. You will not believe but after only 5 weeks I also have problems with the item. I think gel got into the device. This morning the vibration mode did not work😤
Thank you for your answer 💙🙋‍♀️

I purchased the MitoMin panel a couple weeks ago. I went for the cheapest just to see if I will be consistent with the device. I do own the curve which I use twice a week on my face, neck/chest, arms, and thighs. It isn’t a preferred device for the face..kind of bulky and too big to get into the eye and forehead area. I was looking at the Time Master Pro after I invest in a microcurrent device. I was looking at the Ziip but there isn’t much information from regular users out there.

Just joined your channel, Love your honest reviews. LYMA laser was just released, it’s expensive but appears to out perform every at home device and is pain free. Only device I have is the Celluma Pro, our whole family uses it, very multi functional and worth the investment.

Welcome! Yes, the Lyma is an interesting device. I notice you need to use it, 45 minutes a day! That is a long time! Celluma is a great one too! Thank you for being here and sharing your information! Have a Beauty-ful day! 🙏♥️

I’m a month in and I’ve seen good results too 🥰

I have the Nira and have been using it about a month with no noticeable results yet. But I am so surprised how painful it is, especially considering it claims to be "pain free"! I find it pretty unpleasant to use, and they want you to keep using it daily indefinitely to maintain results. It will have to take absolute miracle results for me to keep using it, but I'm going to continue a couple more months.

Love your feedback! My question still remains...how is this device any different from MicroNeedling (outside of the mechanics, of course)? Can't we achieve the same results with MN? I tried NIRA also and found it extremely painful and I have been MNing for 10 years, have tattoos, etc. Also...why pay it when we can do the same with consistent MNing?
      Thoughts?

@@jeanninekim275 hello Jeannine! Microneedling at a .50 would definitely be beneficial. I'm no scientist, but I would assume you'd get similar results. I think it depends on a lot of different things. It sounds like you started MNing early and have had great success! Some people with more advanced signs of aging may need additional help, but again it really depends on what results would make them happy. Also, professional MNing is very expensive. While it is cheap to do it at home, many people do not feel comfortable doing it at home because if done wrong it could cause more harm than good. This could be a great option for them. I hope that helps. Thank you so much for watching! 🙏♥️

I have the TMP and consider it to be the worst purchase I made and the most expensive.... there is so little evidence of how it actually works. One beauty influencer raves about it but she sells it so that speaks volumes..

Nira! You've already tried other modalities besides at-home laser. I enjoy using my Nira. From what I can tell, the Tria is stronger but I've also heard reviews that it is painful to use. If so, I would never use it. I'm very interested in your reviews on at-home laser. And I love my red light panel! I exercise and stretch in front of it to save time. I bought the Hooga panel last year when it went almost half price. Love all your research, Jodylynn.
