    As a local Pittsburgh guy. I’ve found your videos very informative. I’ve been fishing the rivers dams and creek mouths for years. You just confirmed that if you put in the work and time to employ crankbaits at night it pays off. Great videos. Maybe I’ll run into you somewhere one night..

      Grew up in McKeesport fishing behind the buy n fly on Walnut...the train trestle. It's all changed now that the Eliz. dam is gone . There used to be 2 islands off the creek mouth. Deep hole on mck side and riffles and a shallow spot out in the middle just downstream opposite side of islands. So many great memories!
      Was nice to see The Port represented on here.

    Thanks for the video😎 You made my day and gave me a lot of hope for this years shore fishing for walleye in Denver Co. This is my 2nd year of conversion to all artificial lures, and strickly walleye fishing from shore. I have only caught 1-10 in walleye from shore in the last 2yrs at Cherry Creek Resavoir, using a 2.5 in charteuse bluegill paddletail lure. Thanks again 😎✌🎩

    In the past at that area we used the broken back 4 in Rapala and a Kmart lure that looked like it, that was only $1.00 which was also a broken back the same length. They killed those lures. Always started fishing about 8:30 pm untill about 11:pm. Haven't fished there for awhile now, but plan on soon. Hope to see you there or on the Mon some day.

    • @rivercatch8216
      @rivercatch8216 2 года назад +5

      Its important to release most of the larger walleye since they are much more efficient at reproducing. Its best to selectively harvest average size walleye to eat. This way more and larger fish are able to be caught in the future.

    • @absoluteunitmedia
