+DeadxPredatorz You need to check out his old albums they are worth a listen truly incredible stuff, I was just about to say how underrated he is he's been in the drum and bass scene since 1995 every-time he fails to put out a rubbish track, his music is the work of the gods indeed. Not really as many other producers no, I think he's doing a few gigs this year. I know he's finally appearing at Liquicity Festival 2016. It's incredible to think that from the days of Ragga Jungle in 1989, drum and bass is peaking once again, in the mid 2010's..
lil walrus Call me crazy but i think dubstep is peaking again too, i have been hearing a lot more old school but new school sounding dubstep. It seems common for genres to kind of die out and then explode a few years later with amazing artists
I would never have said dubstep declined really, it's peaked and although has competition from trap and electro it is still as popular as ever, its just as alive as it was in 2011 IMO :)
Drum and bass on the other hand has been around for a fair deal longer and has been a long time since it last peaked (about 1994), and now we have a few DNB songs with over 100 million views! who would have saw that coming?! :D
davey daalman Kinda logical if producers start producing the genre when it's peaking, but those producers aren't good at it yet, then current peaking producers die out, and a few years later, those beginning producers hawe become good!
+Liquicitizen lil walrus So, so glad to see jungle making a comeback....I basically keep my iPod on a continuous loop of anything from 1993-1996. Today's liquid scene seems to be veering in the direction of jungle (and I love it). I'd love to see the re-emergence of Ragga and new Ragga artists.
