@@thecopercoper5533 I agree with you but Prey is a masterpiece. It is Arkane's "master" piece. It perfectly encapsulates what it sets out to do better than any of their other games. It isn't for everyone though.

Oh my god I am SO here for this. This game is incredible and it's hard to imagine anyone I'd ever rather see do a survival/nightmare run of this game. Cohh is great at rolling with the punches, and hooboy there's gonna be a lot of them.
I love Cohh but he doesn't really roll with punches in games.... He tends to just savescum/reload a lot. We'll see for this playthrough though.
@@nr1771 Yeah he mostly gets knocked on his ass with the punches, but it can be kinda satisfying to see him succeed. Might have something to do with all the time in between fights looking at empty corners making the actual content much sweeter

@@nixregis280 Lol, I played through the whole game never realising, and that was only a year or so after Dr. Strange came out. It was only now watching Cohh that it somehow clicked.
27:50 Percussive maintenance is something they wrote in the army since writing "I hit it some then it worked" didn't sound so nice.

I love this game. Praise Arkane studios for this and everything they do. I was also pleasantly surprised when they added survival mode. Have not tried the weapon degradation yet, sounds like hell (unless you go for typhon powers only).
it's actually not a big deal. I'm not gonna lie, this game needs a higher difficulty, even with the survival options
@@alegzander911 Weapon degradation sounds just annoying imho (but as you said, probably not a big deal and just sounds bad, there are plenty of materials), but I'm all for higher difficulty in all the other ways. Even if you go only Human / only Typhon way, you soon feel like a demigod even on the last difficulty, which kinda ruins the horror experience.
Have you tried the hardcore mod? I might give it a try if it's good enough when the Prey mood comes once again.
@@michalkuban9888 if you're playing prey as you should and look everywhere for loot spare parts are not an issue at all. You always have all your guns topped off

Just started playing this for the first time, also on Nightmare with all Survival options checked. It's been a little rough at times, but fun! Looking forward to watching this!

The trolley problem is not a diagnosis tool for a psychopath. Cohh is absolutely, clearly not a psychopath. Anyone qualified to diagnose psychopathy will shoot you down on this, there's a much more elaborate process involved in diagnosing it and the number 1 rule is that no single test or question means anything on its own.

I failed to notice that you could go faster than 1 m/s in space until endgame! Was a slow paced game for me :D
I beat this with survival mode on and didn't even know it. Hahah this was a underrated game for sure
