I have so many questions in this video! 0:19 how long you build this amusement park? 5:40 how would you build this cannon? 8:13 how the player (Hammer bro) hold two axes in the game? 8:18 how would you make bowser banners? 8:58 how you make star rod?
The park took about three or four evenings to build, was a pretty fun one. The cannon is a TNT cannon - you should be able to find tutorials for building them on RUclips. Hammer bro is holding the second axe in his off-hand, similarly to how you can hold shields in your off-hand. Bowser banners are a combination of lots of other banner patterns layered on top of each other, again you might be best looking for a tutorial on this one! And the star rod is a retexture of a golden sword - I made a sprite for it and added it to a custom texture pack for this. Thanks for your questions, glad you found lots of fun things in the video, and I hope this helps you out!
Now this, shall I say, this legend is even making movies on his RUclips channel at this point. If he keeps this up, he might even end up creating an entire feature film with the Mario Characters that is rivalled only by the upcoming Mario Bros Movie, because yes, I do think the quality of Goomzilla's productions is almost that good. In any case, it's just as entertaining, to be sure.

Bowser’s messing with a power far beyond his reckoning. He may be able to control the small mobs but he won’t be able to control the blood thristy monster that is the Wither

After the release of "Peach's Cake Factory", I prayed that Goomzilla would do something else with Minecraft, and I really enjoyed this, I can't wait for part 2.

Yeah we made it all in vanilla Minecraft! We based it off Pinna Park from Sunshine, but added some other bits we thought would be fun for Minecraft too.

Great Episode man! Anyway, nice how you used stone axes as a substitute for hammers for the Hammer Brother. Also how does that Nether Portal work? It kept going off and on. And why is Donkey Kong here? I thought this was a Super Mario quest series. Still, can't wait for the next episode!
Thanks for the comment! The Nether Portal was actually activated or deactivated by a third actor hiding behind it - using a flint and steel or smashing it. And DK appears in lots of Mario games such as the Mario Party series, so he's pretty closely linked with the universe, and I've never included him before - Minecraft skins seemed like a good time to do so!
Oh okay, now I understand how the Portal works now. And I guess I should've known better about Donkey Kong. I completely forgot that crossovers exist, so my bad on that one.

And the Minecraft format is also bursting with creativity and charm just like the plush format, it's great to see more in this series, and a Quest movie, no less! :D *SPOILERS, PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE READING* I am amazed at how great the Minecraft Pinna Park looks and functions! :O How long did it take you and your team to build? It looks like Mario and co. are looking for a little vacation after doing the cake factory! :) But Bowser has recovered since his last defeat... I really like the addition of the bouncy house! ^_^ And Luigi getting nervous about the height of the jump, and Peach getting impatient and pushing him off added so much character to the scene! XD Though apparently the height was a bit dangerous, as Peach found out. lol That was a creative way to make a Merry-go-round! :D What is the system that makes the horses continuously jump like that? And the 'shell' mini game with the Shulker boxes looked good, too! I like how each of the characters goes for their favorite color first. ^_^ And on the ships, it looks like Luigi the Prankster strikes again, and it was a perfect opportunity to get back at Peach... >:) I love how he snuck up behind her chuckling, and was just like, 'Bye-bye.' *push* XD Then he laughs as she screams, and Mario then notices what he did! lol And she's down there shaking her fist at Luigi in the water! :P They also have a fun time on the Ferris Wheel, and Mario and Peach soon notice the roller coaster from up there and want to try it next, while Luigi is nervous... So the couple goes for it, but Luigi decides that the kiddie roller coaster is the one for him! XD I love how he says 'Baby Weegie!' lol Looks like Koopa is running the roller coaster, but Mario and Peach don't seem to recognize him as Bowser's faithful minion, and since there are other similar looking Koopas in the world, I suppose it makes sense. I like how you chose the Race to Marrymore music for the rollercoaster! After going underground, Koopa sets the plan in motion and re-routes the track with a lever right after Mario passes by, leaving Peach to go down a more perilous path! Mario can only watch after he hears Peach scream and his ride ends, though hers still has a bit more to go... Right through an underwater hole, where Koopa is waiting to escort her to Bowser, armed with a sword! :O I've gotta hand it to Bowser, that was well executed! Unfortunately for Koopa, as he exits the passage he has to go back through the park, and Mario notices, giving chase! I love how Mario has that Mario Kart Wii voice clip, 'I'm-a gonna get you!' XD That boat ride looks like it would be a lot of fun in any other circumstance, but it also makes for a great chase scene as Koopa tries to lose Mario. Then Koopa leads Peach to a cannon, and they get fired out of the park, but it doesn't work out so well for Mario... By the way, you did a good job designing the Bowser flags! :D After Luigi's ride ends, he goes looking around for Mario, and when the bros. meet up, Mario tells him what happened. I like Luigi's half-hearted 'Let's-a go...' like, 'Here we go again! At least it was fun while it lasted...' So there's a portal to the Nether that has the security of breaking after a minion enters! Bowser thought of just about everything! Though Mario and Luigi soon find it, they can't use it to go anywhere... So Koopa got away with Peach. I really like how Bowser's Castle is revealed and how it looks like his face and claws! :O Wow, though it might not have taken as long as his first castle to make, it probably took a while, didn't it? Peach doesn't want to go in there, but she has no choice... So, now Hammer Bro. and Kamek get to experience the Minecraft world with Bowser! I like how Hammer Bro has axes the function well for his hammers. And Peach arrives just as Bowser is about to reveal his master plan... Wow, did you use a mod to make the Star Rod item? It looks really good! :D So, Bowser summons a Zombie, who acts like normal and attacks Koopa, until Bowser uses the Star Rod to control it. And he plans on powering it up to control bigger mobs?! Wow, if he managed to get something like the Whither or the Ender Dragon... :S But the Eyes are the 'Power Stars' of Minecraft, and counteract the Star Rod's power, making the Zombie come back to its senses, though Koopa is ready and defeats it with his sword this time. So, Bowser needs to have the eyes scattered so no one can stop him. Looks like one will be in the Jungle with a special guardian, and Koopa and Kamek are guardians, too. Things going to be tough for the Mario Bros... And, of course, once Bowser rules, he plans to make Peach his queen, much to her disgust. :P Hammer Bro. is to take Peach to her room, while the rest are given their eyes to take away and guard. On the way to Peach's room, she notices the overworld mail delivery system, for minions only. Giving Peach an idea to let Mario know what's going on as soon as she can write a letter! I like how Peach reviews her rooms upon capture, I guess she rated this one, 'Nice.' And, 'Not Bad!' lol And she soon finds a book and quill to write her letter! Hammer Bro. left her door unguarded, so sneaking out goes well! So does the delivery! I assume that portal is enchanted by Kamek so only letters can get through? Too bad Bowser happens to be walking down the hall to Peach's Room, and notices the door open, and is angry to find she's escaped! The two soon literally bump into each other in the hall, and Bowser orders Peach to return to her room! The music and everything was very well done for that scene! :D After Bowser shuts Peach back in her room, and she is relieved that she was able to get information to Mario, Bowser proceeds to chew Hammer Bro. out for leaving the door unguarded. lol Mario and Luigi are stumped at the portal, but soon Peach's letter arrives through it, though the portal breaks when Mario tries to enter. I like the use of Peach's sound clips throughout the letter. ^_^ Mario and Luigi take in the information, and are ready to work together on this quest to recover the Eyes and counter the Star Rod's power! Meanwhile, Kamek pays a visit to the Jungle Guardian, and we finally get to see DK in the series! :D I like how you made his house look, with a good banner and everything, and he even has a melon patch that he's enjoying the fruit of! Have you played DK64, by the way, since the Kong's health is melons in that game? :) Kamek asks DK to be the guardian of an Eye, though he refuses at first. But Kamek sweetens the deal with some tastier fruit, and then DK is eager to help! Mario and Luigi set off into the sunset to head for the jungle for the First eye! This is off to a really great start! I'm looking forward to what the jungle will be like, and what challenge DK will put the bros. through! :D Not to mention Koopa and Kamek's portions. This is another charming addition to your series', Goomzilla; I'm looking forward to the next episode! ^_^
Thanks for your analysis Yumi, I've missed these :D Pinna Park took us around 3 evenings to build I think it was, with each of us working on a different ride - lots of fun. The horses jump because they're on leads stretched to their max, I'm not entirely sure why it works like that but it certainly makes for an interesting ride! Weegie is indeed a baby :P but one who's prepared to go on an adventure to save Peach. The different parts of the castle did make this one take longer than the last actually - like the meeting room and Peach's room. And there's still a fair bit of it built which hasn't been shown yet - saved for the other parts! As it was based off an existing Nether Fortress, it's much longer than the other castle too! The Star Rod is a re-skin of a Golden Sword using a texture pack - also used to re-colour the eyes of ender. Texture packs are really handy and I found lots of uses for them in Part 2, after becoming more familiar with how they work. Peach seems like the sort to rate all her capture rooms on a hotel website, doesn't she? The portal is actually too short for characters to fit through, so it's restricted to letters. The scene where Bowser and Peach jump into each other worked out better than expected - the jump wasn't even planned to be in sync, but worked out perfectly! I haven't played DK64, that's very interesting that melons are the health, feels very suitable then! This was just the fruit we thought suited DK the most - it is mentioned in the DK rap, after all :P thank you for taking the time to comment :D
I'm actually thinking about it, yeah - probably when the series is done. It's the same world from the last two Minecraft videos too, so you could technically go between all the areas, although they're a few thousand blocks apart.

Just after watching Alan Becker’s amazing finale to his Minecraft series I watch an amazing beginning to Goomzilla’s. And I don’t even play Minecraft that much.
Ok. THIS IS HOW ITS DONE! Why bother with voice acting for all the characters and having a bunch of jumbled up plot point that make no sense, when you can just add voice clips of the actual characters, giving them more character than just voicing over them and having a basic plot that follows a stable narrative that’s easy to understand. This is what makes this video great.

Hammer Bro. is to take Peach to her room, while the rest are given their eyes to take away and guard. On the way to Peach's room, she notices the overworld mail delivery system, for minions only. Giving Peach an idea to let Mario know what's going on as soon as she can write a letter!
I like how Peach reviews her rooms upon capture, I guess she rated this one, 'Nice.' And, 'Not Bad!' lol
And she soon finds a book and quill to write her letter!
Hammer Bro. left her door unguarded, so sneaking out goes well! So does the delivery! I assume that portal is enchanted by Kamek so only letters can get through?
Too bad Bowser happens to be walking down the hall to Peach's Room, and notices the door open, and is angry to find she's escaped!
The two soon literally bump into each other in the hall, and Bowser orders Peach to return to her room! The music and everything was very well done for that scene! :D
After Bowser shuts Peach back in her room, and she is relieved that she was able to get information to Mario, Bowser proceeds to chew Hammer Bro. out for leaving the door unguarded. lol
Mario and Luigi are stumped at the portal, but soon Peach's letter arrives through it, though the portal breaks when Mario tries to enter. I like the use of Peach's sound clips throughout the letter. ^_^ Mario and Luigi take in the information, and are ready to work together on this quest to recover the Eyes and counter the Star Rod's power!
Meanwhile, Kamek pays a visit to the Jungle Guardian, and we finally get to see DK in the series! :D I like how you made his house look, with a good banner and everything, and he even has a melon patch that he's enjoying the fruit of! Have you played DK64, by the way, since the Kong's health is melons in that game? :)
Kamek asks DK to be the guardian of an Eye, though he refuses at first. But Kamek sweetens the deal with some tastier fruit, and then DK is eager to help!
Mario and Luigi set off into the sunset to head for the jungle for the First eye!
This is off to a really great start! I'm looking forward to what the jungle will be like, and what challenge DK will put the bros. through! :D Not to mention Koopa and Kamek's portions. This is another charming addition to your series', Goomzilla; I'm looking forward to the next episode! ^_^
Thanks for your analysis Yumi, I've missed these :D Pinna Park took us around 3 evenings to build I think it was, with each of us working on a different ride - lots of fun. The horses jump because they're on leads stretched to their max, I'm not entirely sure why it works like that but it certainly makes for an interesting ride!
Weegie is indeed a baby :P but one who's prepared to go on an adventure to save Peach.
The different parts of the castle did make this one take longer than the last actually - like the meeting room and Peach's room. And there's still a fair bit of it built which hasn't been shown yet - saved for the other parts! As it was based off an existing Nether Fortress, it's much longer than the other castle too!
The Star Rod is a re-skin of a Golden Sword using a texture pack - also used to re-colour the eyes of ender. Texture packs are really handy and I found lots of uses for them in Part 2, after becoming more familiar with how they work.
Peach seems like the sort to rate all her capture rooms on a hotel website, doesn't she? The portal is actually too short for characters to fit through, so it's restricted to letters. The scene where Bowser and Peach jump into each other worked out better than expected - the jump wasn't even planned to be in sync, but worked out perfectly!
I haven't played DK64, that's very interesting that melons are the health, feels very suitable then! This was just the fruit we thought suited DK the most - it is mentioned in the DK rap, after all :P thank you for taking the time to comment :D

I'm actually thinking about it, yeah - probably when the series is done. It's the same world from the last two Minecraft videos too, so you could technically go between all the areas, although they're a few thousand blocks apart.

It's a custom texture pack, they're surprisingly easy to make! I just copied some original item images across and edited them in Paint.

Just after watching Alan Becker’s amazing finale to his Minecraft series I watch an amazing beginning to Goomzilla’s. And I don’t even play Minecraft that much.
Ok. THIS IS HOW ITS DONE! Why bother with voice acting for all the characters and having a bunch of jumbled up plot point that make no sense, when you can just add voice clips of the actual characters, giving them more character than just voicing over them and having a basic plot that follows a stable narrative that’s easy to understand. This is what makes this video great.
I try to only speak when it's necessary for the plot. Glad you enjoyed it!
