The answer is snap up as much as you can afford now as the price will be $175 to $300 next year. It is undervalued at52,5 PE. Forward PE around 30 in 2 months time.
They don't have to. The COGS for a H100 is around $3k and they are sold for up to 40k. Even when the Hyperscalers like Amazon make chips that have 50% less performance, they save 85%.
@@pasi8279 Yes, this is right. And they have every incentive to make a product that's at least "good enough". Google is already doing all of its own stuff on TPUs and Apple used TPUs to train its AIs as well. No one wants to be beholden to NVIDIA.
Software growth for nvdia? Thats insane kind of margin. Remember Apple change from only hardware to service+hardware revenue streams, that is where nidia is going.
Thanks Travis. I'm holding my Nvidia as they are the leader and best placed to service future markets. Also the flywheel effect of the IT folk that are familiar with their software makes it hard to move away from.
Hahaha. That's a good question. Similar question would be who is going to buy 100%, 200%, 300% more chips? I doubt GOOG, MSFT, AMZN are going to get to the point where they spend $100 billion+ per year on infrastructure. At least in the next few years.
I absolutely disagree with you. Reminds me of all the noise that nvda was an overpriced gaming chip co & sold off at $300. Idk listen to the noise & after years of owning NVDA & following the co. I think they have sooo much going on into the future.. & no one will catch up for a very long time.. if ever. But thx for putting out a completely negative video on one of the largest & most important co's in the world!!!!
Good video and I agree on your conclusion about NVDA at the moment. Can you please do a video on AMD, which actually may be not only an alternative, but possibly even a good timing for purchase? (disclaimer: I own this stock already, not asking and not giving advise).

NVidia is light years ahead of the competition. Good luck
The „competition“ is trying to produce their own solutions since 10 years and they failed, why should they now succeed?

@@pasi8279 but they are not energy efficient and much slower, they don't give their money to NVDA for fun, they are forced to do so.

Every corporation has a competitor. They said the same thing about Walmart.
NVDA is still undervalued. Stock will go up in long term. Compare NVDA stock with its similar like of business.

As I see the AI Software business isn’t completely priced in NVDA stock.
Thanks Travis
Nvidia is still undervalue

@@JohnTPapadopoulos Very possible. China has been stockpiling NVIDIA chips, we know that.
Access to good information is what we investors needs to progress financially and generally in life. this is a good one and I appreciate…
Yess. NVda stock is undervalued
I agree with you !
They are definitely ahead in the game.
Can we do an analysis on AVGO and AMD ? Are they going to see same fate as NVDA?
Yes huge increase in share price
