I think Ilos also needs a pedestrian area. IRL, in Tempe, one of the suburb towns of Phoenix, there’s a new development that was supposed to open this year, but will likely open next year, called Culdesac Tempe. The premise of the development is that it’s supposed to be its own self-contained town, where there’s mixed-use development, no cars, and 1000 bike parking spots. Residents also get a Valley Metro transit pass as a part of their rent, as it’s by a light rail station, and if you need a car, you can rent one from the management company for $5/hour. I think all the commercial space has been leased out. I bet you could name the development “Culdesac Ilos” and try to put it near a transit hub.
The best beach build I have seen so far in vanilla, what a difference the new stuff makes. Pier might be a bit too high above the water, but the placement makes up it 😍.
Superb! Also, loving the genuine adoration for the free update and DLC. Lets be honest, we keep wanting CS2, but if they keep treating us with this kind of stuff... we'll lap it up 🚶🌴🏖🚶♀
Hi Mate Just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos. I have just started playing this on console (PS4) and your videos on interchanges are by far the easiest to understand for a noob. This game has made me want to upgrade to PC. All your videos are informative and great to watch. Thanks again mate.
Great build! I use BoB to get rid of stuff I dont like or change it and I didnt know you could do those annoying car parks on the assets until Candy did it in one of her builds! It's been great watching your channel grow, I remember you being in the hundreds and now you're over 55k!!! Well done!
I love what you've done here, but I really struggle with the idea of beach builds. Maybe that's because I grew up with Blackpool, Scarborough, Skegness, and Great Yarmouth, and the idea of building on those is nuts 🤪
Seeing makes me wish even more that ALL of the pedestrian roads were not stone. Wood have been nice to have wood planks to do boardwalks or Fisherman's Wharf type builds or red brick as many promenades in the US are
Hello there, I’ve loved the last two episodes of this series after just getting back in CS after a long time away.I see you have used some mods within your game. Is there a collection for us to download, or a list of mods you have used in this series. Would love to start again with the same gameplay. Thanks 😁
This new DLC adds a new spice in every build. The beachfront looks really cool... But as always, there is something I want to mention... Your detailing timelaps was great, but your movements are too fast. If I were being mean, I'd say you better put a warning at the beginning - similar to all Marvel movies. Of course they are not as good as your videos... 😁😁😁
Long pier + London Eye rocks + long pier tall grasses + rocks ped roads + rocks all the things Wonderful build!! I got so many ideas during this one, the post it notes had to be brought out! I can't wait to get into my city again so I can start a beach pedestrian area!!! Thank you, Egg, for all the herbs and spices today!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥳🥳🥳🥳💖💖💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
yea, great DLC ... except it breaks all visitor counts for City Park / Zoo / Theme Park / Nature Reserve's ! after starting a new city over the weekend and getting a city park to level 2 , i saved and loaded the next day ... as i hit play , the visitor count reset to ~ 30 i had save just before i started the city park , so tried with a theme park , same problem .. and now ive tried with all 4 "parks" in the Park Life DLC, they all are broken the same way after saving and reloading a city, the visitor count on all 4 parks resets to a very low number, no matter if the park was 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars
Will it not then be up to each player how to make use of the opportunity… If some players want to degrade realism by cheesing the gameplay with this functionality it is up to them.. If content creators do the same, it is up to consumers to consider whether they like it or move on to other creators. We have to be allowed to enjoy the possibilities to create beautiful areas in our cities and be exited for what our favorite builders can put out there.😊 Beautiful build Egg❤
@@barkebille2471 True but then there's no good or bad solutions or satisfaction from getting things right. It's supposed to be a city-planner but there's no planning, thought or anything resembling a real city there.
Its a crazy cheese that makes for a fun video but it won't change the way I use them when building in the main series like this one and Ilos. pretty mad though! Oversight in design!
Egg🥚never disspoints. Always upping the level.
What a name lmao.
Lol this is such a random thread
Glad you enjoyed it bro
I thought you are overcharged 🙄
Mmmm, Eggs.

That pier is MASSIVE! Definitely stands out as a nice centerpiece to the new area.
"Airport nerds." I am so gonna use that, absolute gold. 😂 Thanks for all the building inspirations.
That sandstone texture works super well on the beach! Lovely little build
🎶... when all the little ants are marching... 🎶
Layers, beachfront condos, rocks, pier... topped with an Overjoyed Egg ❤

Wonderful build, would love to live in the beach condos! ;)
This DLC is useful for so many things that have been cumbersome before.
Certainly is! Cheers bro!
Awesome build Egg! It came together even better than I imagined.
Anyone want to guess the city where I catch a tram to the beach irl?
I’ve never spent so much time on a game ! It’s wild that time flies 😢 😮💨

This is exactly what I've been wanting to do with Plazas & Promenades. The beaches really need some people walking!
Your Imagination is second to none. Excellent build mate..
It's not just the visuals it's the narration too.....👍👍👍👍👍
🎉🎉🎉 yay new episode
THANK YOU FROM MY HEART!
You are and always will be the best player of this game!
Too kind mate! Appreicate ya

A police Segway on the pedestrian paths would be awesome
My favourite part of Noob Yolk just got even better!! 😍
Been waiting for this one!!
@Brad Stanton Brad ❤️❤️❤️❤️
That’s a very strong looking channel you carved into the beach there

What about plane spotter pedestrian park such a tongue twister! Great build
Next I’d love to see a zoneable quay
With all the walkability they should have added an option for police like foot patrol the area or police on bikes

@10:36, is this a dystopian world that doesnt have any moons and thus no tides?
Lets goooo
Any thoughts on Cit Planner Plays' latest video? It looks like the new service points able to nerf any realism out of the game.

three black/red diners next to each other doesn't look good. would change it so it looks more unique.
