Hi, basically,
1. Rocks - facts and story
2. Pebbles - analysis
3. Sands - cases
Right?
From my classes' lectures, what/how I was told to answer is as such,
1. Facts + cases
2. Analysis of the point I'm trying to make. Or any contrast to strengthen my argument
Which is actually the better way to write?
Thanks for your video, btw, it's helpful
Hi Timothy. The most prudent way to approach a question is to determine how best to address what's been asked. In general, most problem based questions will require you to analyze the circumstances presented, thus, the mode suggested provides context for the examiner to assess you better.
The Law Simplified thanks for you video, it helped tremendously.
Just to clarify and make sure I did not wrongly understand what u said.
1. Rocks = story +points
2. Pebbles = facts from this case and other cases
3. Sand = cases
Can u do a quick example for me? Let's say in homicide cases - loss of control - r v ahluwalia. Thank u
Drop me an email Timothy. Let’s discuss: shaveen@outlook.com
Am a student of law I love the way you articulate issues
I'm not a law student but a chartered accountancy student under ICAI. Our institution demands accurate answer as they are provided in material. My question is, Is it necessary to by heart the provisions for better presentation? Maybe that's better way to score more mark .... What is your opinion to score more mark ?
Essentially, the HIRAC method
Not exactly. The method I'm describing refers to where a student's focus needs to be.
Is there anywhere where I can read examples of really good essays not necessarily to support plagiarism but really to see how it’s done?
