Some excellent video clips from the Diesel Gala Steve. Quite a line up of traction to be seen too. A railway I have only visited once a few years back and one that is due another visit in the coming year. Cheers - Allan.
no there is a connection of sorts off the rylstone branch near skipton when they want to take anything to it they slew the rails round to join up then afterwards they replace them so that the stone trains can run again or so ive been told anyway

david repton aye ur right, ive learnt this since the comment :) in the process of connecting the railway to Skipton main station now, shud b gud!
and knowing network rail if they have anything to do with the project the cost will be astronomical
