What do you think about the Virtual Zone license?
Quote: The Virtual Zone is the first choice for any company in the IT and IT-related sector because of:
    - the 0% corporate tax,
    - 0% VAT,
    - 5% capital gains tax on dividends (due when dividends are paid out to the shareholders), no annual license fees”.

Im planning to setup an APP company, basically just receiving APP revenue through Google or Apple or 3rd party credit card provider. My outgoing costs, mostly by company debit card for advertising.
I am allergic to paperwork and bureaucracy. Would Georgia be a good country choice having that in mind?
I am Swedish btw, and want to leave Sweden for tax and ideological reasons.
    Thanks for any answer.

Setup company in Georgia is so easy it takes max two days but they are so strict in getting resident permit and now whoever had temporary resident permit they are not renewing it. As andrew said not every country is good in everything. Its nice to live there its so cheap. I have been there three times but due to trp issues I pulled out.

Hi Sameer. Would you say it ain't worth hiring a law firm to help with setting up a company? I am considering incorporating in Georgia as long as I get the 1% tax tier (for low income). Also, why would it be a problem if I'm not a resident (although I would consider changing that). Thanks!

I'm looking for a location to incorporate my new business, and Georgia was first to come to my mind, but from watching your video - it doesn't fit for my needs (it's an eCom business).
Where would you recommend me to look for?
I own your book, so if you wrote about it already - I'd be happy for a reference.

It is 31/11/2021 - I am actually shock to hear Georgian banks cannot help with a "merchant account". If it's still the case today, then I'm afraid they will put off a lot of potential clients. That's for sure. However, I most certainly hope the Georgian banks woke up since you made this video.

Georgia is the worst country I have visited so far. I do not care about saving tax when people are just so unpleasant and the city is a run down place. Young Georgians leave the country and move abroad. Now I see why.
