@@dunx3394 An easier method is use a hammer with the nail remover thing. You kinda slide it underneath the bolt handle and pop it off like you would a nail.
Sorry for my long absence, but anyway, removing the trigger lock allows you to de-prime your blaster. Since the air restrictor is removed you do not want to fire the blaster when there are no rounds in it. So by removing the trigger lock you can decompress the spring by 1.holding back the bolt handle, 2.holding down the trigger, and 3.slowly letting the bolt handle go forward. Be sure to follow those steps in order though!
I custom built my cs12 with actual bipods and a scope from my 22 rifle and used a stage 1 Amazon upgrade and I can leave welts from across my house acuratly within a 2 to 3 inch range
Not really, the strongarm spring is small and won't fit properly in the longshot plunger tube. In this video I used an old recon spring and combined it with the stock longshot spring, however I would recommend the orange mod works longshot 5kg spring replacement if you can get your hands on one.

In my longshot mod video I used a recon spring combined with the original longshot Spring and that has worked well with this blaster. If you want more power from your blaster I would check out Orange Mod Works for upgraded springs
While the Longshot is a simple blaster it may be overwhelming to someone who has never modified a Nerf blaster before. If I were you I would start with something simple like a Firestrike, Nite Finder, Maverick, or a Hammershot.

Would have helped a month ago 😅 gun broke. I did all the steps but when I put it back together the force of the spring broke my nose

Nope, the stock block mod just keeps the stock from collapsing when in use, it can still hold an extra mag.
