It's true. Her no nonsense attitude and demanding personality, offset by Louis' laidbackness to soften her up just enough to make her likeable is what makes this show. She's definitely the star of the show, but you can still tell it's a group effort. I like Louis a lot too. He brings most of the lighthearted fun to the show. You need that to switch things up a little.

They're just enough different where it counts to complement each other really well. =) Louis doesen't need to be an antagonistic jerk to get things done. This reminds me a lot of when my cousin told me that the grandmas and my elderly uncles got together to play mahjong during a family gathering. I happily went to find them so I could join in, but then I saw them playing and just decided that they were playing on a whole different level. It was scary seeing all those wads of cash being passed over the table. Also it was the first time I ever heard my grandmother swear.

Don't discard your winds early , also count the number of tiles in each suit and the one that has the most you keep then discard the rest and try to catch a half suit flush or at minimum mixed same suit .
