- It is Wednesday the 31st of July and today we get wet and wild in the Green season of Cambodia. There’s some sad news about the helicopter that went missing, and some good news about Royal Turtles in the Kingdom.

It's hard to believe that over fifty years on, landmines are still an issue..
They are still finding unexploded bombs in Germany from WW2, so it's going to be a long time before they get them all.

I think it depends upon you. Was is ruined by Chinese? If you want to believe that... go ahead. That its what small minds would do for sure. It is also possible to look the the situation in a broader perspective....given what has happened....what is the best course of action now.
As we didn't know what it was like before we couldn't say ruined. Plus we don't blame the Chinese for the poor planning and zoning laws. Honestly Chinese investors would have lost millions and some Cambodians would have gotten extremely rich off it. We will have a Video out in a few weeks, it will need to be well edited.

Battambang along the river then to the northeast of the city.
The daily air Asia flights are at the expense of the daily direct KL Siem Reap so not great news if Siem reap is where you want to go, I made the direct flight bookings from KL to Siem Reap several weeks ago for later this month and got a change notification today that that service is no longer available. Still trying to negotiate with air asia for better options than the crap ones they have given so far. 😂
Looks like they fly Monday, Friday and Sunday. Honestly during the low season in Cambodia we are amazed how many flights we actually get.
