- This week we’re pushing our van to its limits as we attempt to drive over 3,000 km into the ARCTIC CIRCLE and onto the most northern point in Europe - the NordKapp!
We only have 7 days to get there and our van currently has a very dodgy Turbo and likes to break down. So join us for part one of our longest road trip to see how far we get. And stay tuned for how much this mammoth journey through some of the most expensive countries in the world really costs us!

Hi, we’re Helen and Tristan, from the UK and we currently live, work and travel full-time in our self built campervan. We absolutely love outdoor adventures and exploring new countries and cultures, and last year we travelled around Europe visiting 11 different countries. We have spent the past few months travelling around Romania and Bulgaria, and are embarking on an epic road-trip north to spend two months in Scandinavia!

Schengen does suck, we completely agree! Another great video guys! We are wanting to do the drive to Nordkapp next autumn by driving to it through Denmark, Sweden and Norway and back down through Finland and the Baltic States. So we can't wait for your next video!

Part 2 is planned for Sunday (if the internet holds out where we are!) that sounds awesome, we were just discussing what it would be like to van life through those Baltic countries - they looks amazing from what we’ve seen online!
@@CoconutsandCamels we went through Lithuania and Latvia a couple of months ago. Along with Poland they are great for vanlife. There are lots of free spots, usually by lakes and rivers, where they have picnic tables, sometimes water and rubbish bins. It's very safe, nobody will bother you. And in the Baltic countries wild camping is actually encouraged! And everywhere is very clean, you will struggle finding any rubbish!
@@TravelwithCorletts that’s great info! Thanks! We popped into southern Poland in our way north and it was beautiful and clean too! But then again, we had just been in Romania which unfortunately is quite the opposite. Not to doubt it’s beautiful scenery though!

Ah thanks guys! It really is so amazing and why we’re going back next year! Yeah that’s pretty much from Hamburg airport through Denmark to Malmo in southern Sweden👍🏼
