re: Free Will, that's an archaic religious construct that cannot be defined in any realistic way without doing the kind of work Sapolsky has in neuroscience, and when that work is done, turns out to be a gross misrepresentation of how humans manage choices or actions. What follows is reason to upend much of the existing legal systems in the Western world due to their fundamental prejudices and lack of rational and realistic underlying basis.
