My late father’s favourite camera he always want the F4s and F3hp but at the time was out of our price range luckily I now own both in homage to him and every time I shoot I know he is with me I still have his F801s lovely camera but I don’t really use it to much as I don’t want to break it
I have a couple of F-801's and of the other Nikons that you mentioned I have the F-401 (flimsy door catch, it broke) The F-601, F601m, F-80 and lots more but of this line of Nikons the F-801s is a joy to use. The next quality Nikon has to be the F100.
Mine just arrived and currently I'm doing the first shots with it. I'm very pleased to return to the film photography with a piece of equipment I hadn't in the glory old times. Regards from Brazil.

I’m interested by a comparaison between the Nikon f801/801s and the F4. I’ve begun seriously photography with my college’s friends in he late 80’s. And the f801 and the f4 were for us like the holy grail. And now I’m a proud owner of a F4! Greetings from Elsass
@@beforedigital It's been confirmed. They're both exactly the same. The Nikon N8008s is the USA version as the Nikon F-801s are used in the other markets. It's the exact same camera. You may want to add an addendum to your title, so that others that have the Nikon N8008s can learn how to the camera as well, as others have no idea that these cameras are one in the same.
Look up Butkus Camera Manuals. You should be able to download it for free in PDF. Also, if I'm not mistaken The Nikon 8008s and the Nikon F-801s are the exact same camera, from what I'm seeing on this video.
