PZL-104 Wilga is a Polish short-takeoff-and-landing civil aviation utility aircraft designed and originally manufactured by PZL Warszawa-Okęcie, and later by European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, who had acquired the original manufacturer during 2001.
The model is scaled to approximately 1:6.5 and attention was paid to a true to original appearance and best flight characteristics.

The video quality is really quite good for a phone and you can really hear the big engine sound very well.
Now this suspension on the plane works amazingly good and even in this strong wind it behaved very well.

Very nice filming. In the beginning only the wind and the sound of the engine. Captain Hubert is an expert at the controls and Pilot Robert is filming perfectly! I wouldn't have noticed that it was filmed with the smartphone. I love your videos with the gas and glow engines 😍

Hubert was lucky to find second hand one.
This is a really old Bird from a german company that does not even exist any more! This Wilga is a little have due to the fact that the motor is quite big… You will get your Wilga. Where are you from? Maybe I sell it one day ;-)

Hey Robert it's John in Canada it's a 2:30 in the morning here watching your video I came into the bedroom and there you were having a new video it's great I love the scale flying but what happened to the camera you know is that blacs camera and you can't use it but it worked out fine it was great so no complaints nice to see you take care

The wind sock was standing straight out but Cap'n Hubert did not care. He also does not care about tall grass and gopher holes, hahaha. Those big tires roll over everything! Congratulations, Cap'n Hubert, on an excellent maiden flight and perfect landing.
All he thinks off is flying when he comes to visit us. It doesnt matter how hard the wind blows 😊

I had the same model from Sunshine. Used it to tow gliders up to altitude. Mine was tuned with pipe.

I love this setup. I’ve got a 40- size telamaster. I see how long I can fly on a measured amount of fuel. Dead stick isn’t as sudden as it seems. My super tiger lets me know when it’s running out of fuel.
I many times go to a idle, and soar.

Man o' man that bird flys good. Nice and smooth, cuts through the wind, no problem. and it has tough landing gear. I can hear that awesome running engine churning away. Good exhaust note..Nice bird Captain Hubert! Love the paint job!😎

Plenty of power left in the tank on that plane, nice and floaty at less than half throttle most of the time Petrol engines sip fuel compared to Electric planes at this size. Personally I would put a mix in on a toggle switch so you can turn it on and off for a more enjoyable flight 👍

Is that a Blackhorse Wilga? I flew Frisch 1.4 scale many years ago and I love the Wilga, flies like a pattern ship and does need co ordinated rudder in the turns. I'm jealous now
This plane is quite old and comes from an company called Vagt Modellbau out of Garching Germany… but it seems like this company is no longer in Business.
@@HubertSalzmann thanks Hubert, I used to fly Alexander Frisch's Wilgas, maybe 20 years ago, he also is gone, today you have Tomahawk and other fully molded super expensive versions, if like to get a Black horse if I can find one,

Draco in RC would just be nice with a Turbo Prop Engine. If it would be there, then I would totally agree. But the bird is nice at it is… No charging batteries involved here … ;-)
