  • Hi guys and welcome back to my RUclips channel. In this weeks video I want to talk about a topic that is very dear to me because it really changed my life for the better and I truly wanted to share it with you.
This video is about getting Laser Hair Removal for your entire body and face. I started getting treatments about half a year ago and the results are incredible so I wanted to share my experiences and a little bit of background information about getting Laser Hair Removal to maybe help some of you to decide wether to start the treatment or not.
Thank you so much for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.
    Love, Elina

Has anyone tried both IPL & Laser on face? Because I'm doing IPL on my face now & it hurts like hell 🥺

I finally started my journey. Did 5 sessions so far. I don’t mind the pain. It’s the tickling that I struggle with 😂
Do you experience the same thing? 😂
I’m just sitting there fully naked and so tense trying to keep myself from laughing like an idiot.
It’s not the laser that tickles, it’s the air blowing 😂 from the neck to my bottom and in between all of these areas tickle like crazy. 😅
But to those afraid of the pain, it’s manageable. The intimate area, my clinic offers ice to numb the area. Another clinic offered numbing cream but I find the ice more effective.

Yeay, that's great! Hope you are happy with the results so far!
Haha oh dear, I didn't notice any tickling when I did my sessions 😂
Ice and numbing cream make a lot of sense, don't know why the place I went to didn't think of that. Probably would have made the experience way less painful in some areas 😅

@@leenessa1461 for me personally it is not as painful as waxing. Some areas I didn't feel anything, some where quite painful but waxing was in my experience a lot more painful. :)

No I actually didn’t. My skin was totally fine between sessions.

it's been a year , did the hair grow back ?

It did grow back to some capacity, but to be honest I was kind of prepared for it. I have had 10 Removel Appointments but I do feel like I should have gone a couple more times. I have very dark, thick black hair and a lot of it but life got in the way and I haven't been back to do more laser sessions. I will though. The hair is still their but it is quite a bit less. In some areas it worked better then in others. My legs have a lot less hair then they used to for example. For now I am happy with the progress, but I will definitely go back in the future. I don't think the removal will ever be 100 % but right now I feel like I am at 50 % and I would love to get to at least 80 % in the future.

How would you rate the pain out of 10??

    • @ElinaFriday
      @ElinaFriday  Год назад +2

It really depends on the area that they are doing and on your personal pain threshold. I was told I had quite a high pain tolerance. Most of the time the pain was fine, ranging from 1-4 nothing major but there are areas where it does hurt like hell. Especially the areas where a lot and thick hair is growing. The worst pain is probably a 9 out of 10 for me. But it gets better after each treatment because the hair starts to fall out and the less hair, the less pain you will feel.
