I was literally saying earlier I haven't had any notifications for any new content on diecast/matchbox restoration channels for a while, then this pops up, perfect to get my fix for a while 😂
@@DieCastRestos yeah I've been subbed for a while, seen loads of your work, love the commentary on it or the history etc, it's what sets you apart from others. but this is the first notification I had in ages.
It's a shame you could not find a new canopy. However, even without it looks very very good. I used to work with Case some years ago. They were really nice guys, I learnt a lot about hydraulics by studying their manuals. Keep it up bro!
looks nicely new again. :) the engine is nicely detailed, actually. too bad about the missing canopy. I'm dreaming of grabbing a 3D printer myself and create spares for Siku and Majorette, because nobody is thinking of them yet. also, that splitting track sucks. maybe it's a bit too tight, to me it looks like overtension. well, nothing one can do about it; I hope it doesn't rip eventually.
Yes good point, should’ve have mentioned in the video! I think that maybe I’d left it too long applying the side that split. The left side was difficult enough as it was!
I do have the .stl file for this and would be happy to email it to you if you know someone with a 3D printer. I'd make it for you but the trip across the pond is kind of pricey!
Nice restoration, details and paint job 👍👍
As always Beautiful restoration well done 👍.

Without or without the cover the Bulldozer looks great! The colors look almost exact to the original ones. Thanks for sharing this.
Surely "This case remains open"? 😁

I got two of these, no tracks, yellow wheels, no roof.

Well if you do end up 3D printing parts Lothar be sure to let me know. We are well overdue reproduction Majorette and Siku parts!

Did you sit the replacement tracks in hot water for a while before fitting them? I'm guessing you did, but you never know!

Hi Lee, if you could please send that file that would be amazing. My email is in the video description. Thanks a bunch!
🤗👍👏👏👏
If you had changed the colours in the military version you don't need a canopy
Missing its treads? That’s insulting to model collectors. Absolutely shocking.
