Great videos, your lucky to have such beautiful weather and terrain. Training in Canada is like Rocky 4, cold, dark, snowy make motivation a challenge. You’re killing it!
Your video super! Congrats!, I ran until now for the year 2020 only, many ultra marathons races register in duv ultra marathons statistics many thousands! miles!! 😊😊and I have to run one more race 100km on December 2020..
Just started over watching from week 1 of your challenge mate , these earlier videos were the best in my opinion just very simple and relatable ✌️ the only thing you could of done is share how far you was running and your pace 🤔 great job all the same hope your well 👍
Loving it! Being from NZ where we have no snakes (unlike our Australian neighbors I would be seeing a rattler under every log and large boulder!) haha. Awesome vlog buddy.
Your videos are done really well. Nice work! Stumbled upon this and I thank you for providing me content to binge on tonight and in the future. :) Curious, do you manage workouts and family along with a full time 9-5 job?
The Interesting Informer thanks for the question, but I’m Not sure I get what you are referring to. Did I say something in the video to indicate that I don’t like or don’t eat seeds? I don’t really follow a specific diet that eliminates certain foods.
@@CjayeMedia The meal your wife makes is that pepper thing in the beginning of the video, no? Isn't pepper a fruit and not vegetable? You stated at 5:23 its vegetables. Or were you referring to something else?
@@TheInterestingInformer AH!!! Yes you are correct. A bell pepper is a fruit and so are the diced tomatoes in the mix. The mix is turkey, tomatoes, scallions, yellow onions, garlic, and cilantro...and it always varies based on what we have in the fridge.
@@TheInterestingInformer - A fruit is the ovary of a plant. A vegetable is edible parts of a plant, which may include the fruit. A fruit prepared in a savory manner is also a vegetables. ie: tomato slices = fruit, sulsa = vegetable. Beans = fruit, casserole = vegetable.
i lived there for 26 years, its nice to see my hometown in a youtube video. Im in Sicily now. I will never return to OC/SoCal
Dope series! I just found it...and I hope you make it to the race but I will stay tuned...
Loving all this content! Great series! Way to show that all Dads aren’t lazy and have goals too, represent!
Charlie Thor thank you! That is definitely one of my goals of the series is to show/motivate dads in my similar situation.
great videos. Thanks for sharing your journey!
Debra Hudson thanks so much Debra! I appreciate the support.

I beat. Ive been in Vermont the last two weeks and have huge respect for all of you who train in these cold conditions. Thank you for the support!
Where about in Canada?
@@steveskutnik321 Pick anywhere in Canada. The winter months are generally really cold. The west coast is wet, the rest of the country is frozen.
You big Guy are motivating me! Subscribed
Awesome content 🥰✔️✔️✔️
I found 26 weeks by accident and it’s great.
Thanks Chris! Glad you are enjoying it. I will release the next episode tomorrow.

Good videos, just curious what sort of mileage u run to complete a 100 mile ultra. And what's your longest run max
What do you do for a living? Owning the shit out of life man!
Thank you so much! I’m an electronic engineer and do product development in the pro audio/video industry.

Glad you are enjoying it. I do. My workouts are 4am-6am, then work 7am-5pm and family in the evenings.
Keep it up brotha. Thanks for replying. Love what you’re doing. If you ever make it out to the PNW - would love to show you the trails!
The section where you talk about a buff and don’t know what it is. Crying inside.
Question: What training plan are you using. I'm always curious to see what everyone is using.
Sorry, Just saw your link below! Thanks for attaching.
It's kind of a mash of multiple plans. Since I have taken a long break I had to modify most plans to ramp up the milage from a lower point.
What was that 2nd to last song?
This One - Sebastian Forslund
I am from Taiwan. Good luck!
Thank you Amdy!
It’s a buff :)
jesse wilson right on! Thanks.

Love the documentary on this...deciding if this is something I can train for without the wife resenting me. We have three little girls.
