Wow! American Healthcare needs a "Major" overhaul! Put the Doctors in charge.
Imagine your country being so backwards and dystopian that millions of your citizens end up in debt just for trying to become productive members of society😂
My dad has been been doing independent contractor/locum tenens Emergency Medicine for like 20+ years. They made good points about the benefits. It can be a lot to manage though and my dad even has help from the recruiter agencies.
