Thank you so very much Gordon i always love watching and listening to you. Im 72 yrs old from Detroit Mi and find comfort and encouragement through your videos. Deeply loved and appreciated ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Gordon, these videos are so wonderful and such an amazing resource. I would love for you to articulate what you are thinking about when you demonstrate a particular style. We all want know what is going on in that brain!
Gordon, I sure appreciate what you are doing here. I was introduced to your incredible talent through Tom Bukovacs channel and I can't get enough of your playing. I especially like your performance of O The Blood with the Voices of Lee. Cant seem to stop listening to it. Anyway thoroughly enjoying this, thanks so much!
It is unbelievable you talk about a music style, then you play it, and as a listener I feel it right away!!! No wonder you do sessions.... You are very talented. Thanks for doing this...
Gordon, I'm new to your music.... but I recognize your sould from 50yrs ago 😊 It blesses me every time I hear you play. Blessings to you bro. Did you ever run in to Harlan Rogers? An old acquaintance of mine from OKC?
Everytime I here you playing I feel the spirituality in you the purest soul in you ❤ it would be nice of you if you share and teach about chords, harmony Or anything you like or fell , specially to young music students like me and others more watching this lot of love and respect to you from India ❤❤❤❤❤
Such beautiful playing. It would be so awesome if you could rig a locked off camera overhead. It would be of great value to those of us who tune in to pick up some of your wonderful playing techniques.
Gordon, I love Minute by Minute by the Doobie Brothers. Can you break down that intro? It has that beautiful lifting Rhodes sound that feels like, to me, a church feel. Thank you for sharing your music!
Hey Gordon, I love the channel and your playing. Uncle Larry sent me here. As a guitarist for the last 25 years I've always wanted to learn piano. Would recommend starting on a piano or electric keyboard or does it even matter?
@@CozyBear_29 That's a silly question! Of course he shouldn't shoot anything over. I love Gordon. I'd like to enjoy his content more fully. I find it hilarious i'm being attacked for not digging sideways videos and was nice about voicing it lol!!! 😂 Anyway, have a good day people! (Lighten up a tiny bit btw!😉 I'm not the enemy here lol!)
You should check out some of the West Coast Gospel keyboardists like Glenn Gibson, Michael Bereal, Arron Lindsey, Keven Powell some cool sounds coming from the West.
Gordon, I couldn't care less about the. angles. Your son I. assume, is experimenting with angles. This is about the music and your words, please ignore the silly criticism. It happens on here, as I'm sure you've realized.
None of the criticism was meant as a slam, but rather something the young cameraman can work on improving. How can he get better if no-one gives their opinion? What would be silly would be to ignore helpful criticism.
@@parkermote4903 Understand completely; my initial response was not intended to be negative or discouraging, only constructive. We love your work, and your videos.
Don Russell thank you! We are always working on ways to get better. My brother is only a couple videos in and is doing his best. Thank you for your support of the channel!
@@parkermote4903 And he will get better, but for now, I would suggest to have the camera on a fix position. Maybe try a couple of takes and see what is the best angle and work from there. But for a 13 years old to be doing this, that is great! Makes it even mor special
Well, Ashton is just figuring out exactly how to do it. He’s 12, and he’s willing, so I want to make sure that even though he needs to get better, I give him positive feedback, so he does not lose his excitement about helping me with this series. He’s a great kid and he’s learning so you guys just be patient.
@@gordonmote7366 Well, Ashton, on this little machine I watch on, the "sideways" part fit my screen best! :) Thanks for helping out your dad - we really appreciate it!

Awesome video Gordon! Thank you for bringing me back to days of Andrea Crouch Richard Smallwood and the Hawkins!
LOVED the overhead camera work!! Gives we terrible piano players a birds eye view. Love Gordon!

Amen Gordon. Outstanding.
I think I just visited a dozen churches in 14 minutes flat! Cheers Gordon!!
The Master Craftsman. Gordon... you're good.
I LOVE YOU BROTHER from another mother!!!
How hard that must have been playing while suspended off the back of the bench that way......
I was thinking how strong he was to be holding that piano up in the air! LOL!

Whoa Ashton! Get a better grip on that camera son. I almost had to take a Dramamine......... Other than that, great stuff.

So nice Gordon!
I had no idea you had a channel.. found it on a fluke... camera man cracks me up.. has you all over the place ...😂😂😂
If you don't like the camera work close your eyes and listen.
Easier to watch him play, and listen when i'm not tipping my head like the RCA dog. Ya know? 😉 We have all have valid opinions though. 😊 💖✌
I took that advice! As a videographer myself, I know that mistakes happen. I’m glad they posted this anyway.

Beautiful sound form the piano... who’s your tuner ? :)
I can't wait for you to start breaking down these lead-ins you play like Tom Bukovac does in his videos. Looking forward to the deeper dive!
"Sorry, Not Sorry" is Demi's song.

Nice chord movement & voicing. Right from the church
I feel better now.
Gordon taking us to church. Don’t fret over the comments, we’re all learning here.
My apologies buddy,sorry !!
Love the music and the talk. But the strange camera angle was distracting. Just some constructive feedback.
Yes, very distracting!

Why is the camera sideways? It’s making me dizzy!!
