How bizarre, I have a full binder of these cards that were given to me as a kid about 30yrs ago, a family friend gave them to me as a kid because they I loved wrestling AND knew I collected NFL cards, he must have "outgrown" wrestling. There are even a few 8x10s of Wrestlers in the binder as well. Im gonna have to check them out

Warrior debuted in WWF in 1987, was on WWF pay-per-views at Wrestlemania 4 and won the IC belt at Summerslam 1988. Yet, his purported rookie card isn’t until 1990?’
Scam, ripoff and fraud. The end.

Thank you for watching and the feedback. Topps took a break from WWF cards after 1987 - Warrior was not in that set - So the only Warrior cards that were made in 88 and 89 were food releases (packaged in Quaker dipping dots, or on ice cream bar boxes, or more obscure sets like Market Scene (which say both 1989 and 1990 on the back - so the release date is unclear). You are 100 percent correct some folks in the hobby consider those cards the rookies. Also, some 1990 Classic cards (not many) have a 1989 copyright on the same card (essentially 2 versions of the same card). Some folks consider that the rookie. But the majority of the hobby calls the 1990 Classic the rookie (for better or worse) - as the first major release of a Warrior card. Thanks again for posting!
