    Would love to hear this whole lecture. Sounds fascinating! I've heard him before. He really knows his stuff. I read his book, Body by Science (2008)

    Anytime I want to loose weight I just walk more and watch my diet a little more closer, works every time. Can't re invent the wheel.

      Or just train hard but less.
      Build muscles and that will increase your metabolism and thus help you burn more calories even in your sleep and you won’t even have to sacrifice the food you like eating. And you won’t even have to walk that much.
      Walking to lose weight is just a waste of time. Walking 100 meters will burn the same amount of calories as running 100 meters with the added benefits of saving time when you run.
