THANKS! It worked for me, I just kept refusing the offers the agent would try to give & eventually they canceled my 2 subscriptions w/o any fee. Very shady for Adobe to hide that after a free trial it subscribes you to an annual commitment & not just monthly like you'd expect.
It works sometimes..but in some cases they can't waive the cancellation fee so its wise to go with the 3 months things because that will make the cancellation fee less when u cancel it later...Or the best option would be to wait till they offer you a new plan..nos change plan and cancel the new plan within 14 days..by doingthis you can canel the current plan without any fee and also get the money back for the new plan

But in the video Rational Indian replied with "I am thinking of purchasing it in the future for sure". So that's why they probably cancelled it for him. But in my conversation, they may have thought I would cancel and never use their service again which is probably why they only offered me the 3 months and the downgrade.
They won't cancel mine after numerous attempt, then I asked for a Supervisor then patiently waiting. Then after a few more minutes I reiterated that I'm really planning on resubscribing and that I just had to deal with some death in the family and short in funds. Agent suddenly became empathetic and waived my cancellation fee! Thanks for your video!

This only works on work days (Monday to Friday). I tried this on Saturday and you can't talk to any real agent on weekend days! It just tells you to try again later.
