How did you grow your hair so long
My mom took really good care oh my hair when I was younger so I learned the basics from her (how to consistently wash it, moisturize it, preserve it (scarf at night) and clip my ends) but then as I got older and went natural, I learned from experience and RUclips videos how to properly moisturize my hair and style it while natural.
So short answer is consistency and MOISTURIZE. All hair is different so learning how to properly moisturize your hair specifically is key.
Genetics too
Length Retention is the most difficult part of growing Long Hair. Genetic may play a roll in rate of growth but that don't mean a thing if you aren't able to retain what is growing.
