A great story line with a lot of potential. I look forward to undertaking an extended journey journey on what I hope will be the slow unraveling of mystery across a large number of chapters populated with engaging characters and beautifully imagined worlds.
Almost no overused HFY cliches! There are a few scientific mistakes/misunderstandings (especially with human evolution), but I enjoyed the story very much. Looking forward to more.
Great story in a universe I could easily buy into hence I hope the uploads come at a steady and a interest sustaining pace. Thank you to the author and the channel !!!
I am liking this a lot. The annotation isn't perfect but the narration is excellent and the illustrations really add an unexpected dimension to the story. Looking forward to seeing more episodes.
Good story. Lot of mystery. And the last bit was interesting to say the least. About the mark being something that shows ownership. A tag so to speak. What happens if Humans are tagged, but not by the Curators, but a different species entirely. What would that tag look like? Or perhaps the Curators were just getting old and tired, and looking for someone to replace them. Maybe humans weren't tagged because they needed someone much more like themselves. Perhaps Humans weren't tagged because they themselves were an offshoot colony of the Curators themselves. Lots of questions, lots of mystery. I loved the story, and the possibilities are truly open, because it makes you question why the Curators do what they do, and what they don't do.
Great story can't wait for more. I just hope it does not turn out the curators are the humans from the future who travel back as that's what it looks like currently with the basic tech the aliens have.
I see where all the little bits of our mythology and history fall into this story, as well as stories like 2001 space odyssey. I'd say the last intervention was around the time of the Younger Dryas impact, right after that we got agriculture and the interventions peter out fading into mythology, I would point to Sumerian myths and the whole Anunnaki stuff. I bet the curators just got scared off by humans weaponizing everything and decided to wipe us but failed. LOL. Or maybe humans took their gifts and weaponized them right away, maybe got up into their flying saucers and said something like "no god will rule me" and what impacted Earth over 12,000 years ago was not an asteroid but their mothership. I love that idea for some reason. About the doctor getting pushed out to do some spying, there are several M.D.s that became just that, specially around WWII.
I am pretty sure that we have been omnivores since the beginning. Chimpanzees hunt actively for whatever they can catch on trees, from bugs to smaller monkeys. Actually in many cultures people eat raw meat, like my central European with beefsteak tartare in my fridge ;)
Aight you got me, where's the rest? Oh and while you let inspiration decide which way this will go I do have a question from a writer to another. Do you like me hate to the point ot loathing listening to your writing cause you know where it's going all the while love to the point of obsession rereading it so you can rewrite this and that part cause it's never freaking good enough😅?
This story/series pegs the BS meter. Good Sci-fy will have a basis in truth. This takes mathematical impossibilities and treats them as established events. With that, it has nowhere to go that will intrigue those who know.

This one seems extremely promising and so far excellent, thank you.

This is the kind of stories that give me the heebie-jeebies up my spine.
Are races the same as species?

It's a story. I don't need to know the maths that make the star trek warp drive work to enjoy watching the show (if it's even possible).
