We call it roti. But instead of oil we use butter or pure ghee and the roti is round. The only time it's square is when sugar is added in the rolled out raw dough which then gets toasted and glazed with butter on the skillet. Bomb💥👌

first I loove your videos soo much, secondly we make these in morocco it's called msemmen but there is a slight change in the ingredients because we use semolina and butter but yeah they look the same.
