Pretty cool setup, and even better that you got to work with them directly on it like you did. As for the wrap on the truck, the battery powered heat guns just don't have enough oomph to get it done. Might want to consider something like a soldering torch like you'd use to sweat copper plumbing together. Obviously don't want to burn it off (lol) but the torch may help loosen the glue up easier.

Honestly I thought that 9410 would struggle more but after a tune it will work great. We demoed a 16 row soil warrior strip till machine with a 580 quadtrac. We tested the strip till on about 1500 acres out of our 3500 of corn last year. Our main setback is time in the fall and spring . We have found that spreading on the nitrogen and potash and then using the field cultivator works better . But on hilly fields where erosion is a issue the strip till machine worked better. Not to many farms run strip till in our area. Our soils are heavy clay and silt . Keep up the good work and stay safe!

A great Ohio company. Looks like very well engineered piece of machinery.
For decals an ERASER wheel works excellent and will not damage your paint. Any good auto parts store should have them. Not sure if HF does or not.
The down side it will take several for a decal that size.

Unverferth Mfgr has out done themselves - KUDOS. It's common sense to fertilize only the 8" root zone, rather than an additional 22" of a 30" row. Be different if you cultivated the corn once or twice during the growing season to throw the 22" width of fertilized area to the 8" root zone area. As you found out last season's spring planting, you're going to have to run the strip tiller 18hrs a day to stay ahead of planting 10hrs a day. 16 rows of strip tiller at 6mph is 29 acres an hour. 24 rows of planter at 8.5 mph is 61.8 acres per hour.

With those wraps, sometimes they're "air release", just get one area started and shoot some high pressure air under em and that will lift them off.

You need a heat gun that gets to about 600 degrees, I use a Wagner ferno, can also use a propane torch if you stay away and go quick. You have to get the glue to release, It still is a pain to pull off the longer it’s been on the worse it is to get off.
