Youre so right about the outsider punk attitude they have! Like even their name Stray Kids is about how they dont fit in anywhere but find unity in those who also dont fit in. Bang Chan who made their logo by hand actually did/does graffiti when he was younger and thats the style he drew their logo in! In fact he actually is the one who spray paints their name/logo on sets when its needed and even has his own tag thats this little worm dino thing! He just started adding color to his wardrobe he always wore all black to where he showed us his closet and it looked like an empty void bc everything was all black lol he always used to play a lot of alt music on his livestreams too. If you check out their debut song its called District 9 and its about going against society trying to train the youth to be "normal" and making their own district for the outcasts that are different. Their predebut album Mixtape is just amazing with themes about growing up and being a misunderstood youth its just amazing. Im so glad I found them at the time I did because I got to grow up with them (im a year younger than the youngest) in real time. We have a saying that Stray Kids always finds you when you need them
People keep saying they don't fit but even though they are not like every other group they fit because they have a massive following at least internationally. Im a 60 year old black woman and I love them I think the one's who are not as accepting are their own race but that is changing too. Stray Kids are phenomenal!!!

Tablo- at the end- is a Korean hiphop artist who is part of Epik High, they're one of the key groups in the emergence of Korean hiphop so they're hinting at a collab which could be really cool. Epik High is actually the reason Han (one of the rappers and producers of the group) got into music and started writing so it would be a really special combination.
I think you should definitely give it a try and listen to cover me. You'll be able to experience more of their beautiful vocals. And tbh, is a masterpiece of a song.
I've been watching your reactions to other artists for a long time and I am happy you are now getting into more Stray Kids music they are my fave kpop group. Also Stray kids is a diverse group that have so many songs in different genres I feel like you'll enjoy their Rock Star album cause you'll see how even more diverse they are.

I loved the story telling in this MV! Layers as always in lyrics (wordplay) and storytelling (MV). It starts with the security guard disrespecting SKZ by doodling all over the photo in the newspaper. Somehow that summons SKZ (using the elevator as common in their lore). They all arrive together but then the monitor starts glitching 8 to 1 to 8 to 1, Felix. Metaphorically, this starts the message (to me) that despite being 8 individuals, they are one entity all the same. "All for one and one for all". And this is where all the member morphing begins throughout the MV. The elevator doors open and Felix starts rapping French. He then looks in the mirror and his reflection is Chan, not his own(!) and then both of their reflections multiplied in the mirror-to-mirror effect. When the camera moves back to the elevator door, we then only see Chan who raps wearing a hoodie that says "Paris" (ties in with the French) with doodles all over it (ties in with the security guard's doodles). The elevator door opens on floor 8 and Changbin gets out strutting down the hall, spitting his verse. The scene reverses back to Han with the elevator door opening also on floor 8 and he heads to open the door at the end of the hall. From the view inside the room, it is Seungmin who enters. Camera zooms in and it is Lee Know walking forwards. This is the first time we actually see a morph with Lee Know becoming Hyunjin. We then see Hyunjin morph into Felix as the camera zoom in and Felix's "MEGAVERSE" blasts the security guard through the window. Similarly Lee Know's later "MEGAVERSE" blasts him through the floor showing Felix morph into I.N. Throughout the MV, it seems that it is SKZ music attacking the security guard again and again. Just when it becomes clear to his horror that he cannot find the Exit, he is woken by the new security guard and we realise it was all a nightmare. The new security guard sits and then looks at the newspaper cover image. Flipping it over, he sees the crossword and the question, Next X?", He smirks and then writes; 'Tablo'. Huge reveal as Tablo is from an older hip-hop group Epik High. Maybe a next COLLAB? Straykids 'X' Tablo.

first things first Han Jisung he completely wrecked me this comeback that's why he is now my third bias in SKZ, also the guys slayed like always, also my other 2 biases Felix and Hyunjin slayed their parts as well, Changbin and Lee Know are wrecking me so much and Innie don't even get me started on him as everyone knows that I have a love/'hate relationship with him (i do love him but sometimes he wrecks me so bad that he is now daddy toast to me and not baby bread anymore) also I love how simple this MV is compared to lalalala la lalalala and another thing i love it when Felix starts the song off by counting in French in his deep voice and I also love the bits when he and Lee Know both say welcome to the stray kids hot megaverse as that one line gets me everytime. also im just super pumped up this comeback more than I have been to others as Stray Kids really found their genre of music and themselves this comeback

I love them so much. They let you know that you are not alone. Some artist they have collaborated with Zico, CL, Hoshi(Seventeen) Hwasa(Mamamoo), Wonstein, B.I. , Jackson Wang and many other THEY ARE AMAZING !!!! Been watching your reaction vids for so long so I am thrilled you are getting in to stray kids! Its made me so happy to get both worlds colliding. My usual music taste is defo more alternative but I have gotten hugely into these guys because of their very specific talent and style of music. Honestly they defo have a big catalogue of differing music styles but there are a LOT of songs that are in this heavier/more aggressive vibe. Some of my faves along that vein and what I think would line up with the sort of stuff you react to are Social Path (which has very melodic anime rock vibes and done with Lisa - Japanese Singer) Gods Menu, Miroh, Double Knot, Side Effects, Item, Venom, Charmer, Superbowl, Heyday. They also do behind the scenes content showing them going through the actual recording process which I think you would quite enjoy and you can really see just how involved and self produced they are, especially 3racha which is the production subunit consisting of three members, the group leader Bang Chan and the two rap gods both wearing blue and white in this vid Changbin and Han. You hit the nail right on the head. They are "outcasts".....they aren't as popular in Korea as everywhere else simply because their music falls outside of the "traditional" kpop sound. When they first came out...they were called noisy, noise music, headache music etc. I think their talent comes through in their writing and producing their own music. Also, they have a lot of ballads if you really like them just singing.
