I wonder why the counters are built to be so low? The workers are pretty tall, so it'd affect their back posture and may cause them pain, as to the slowness we see from them.
QUICK MAFS in the US it’s against health code to use something after dropping it on the floor (the cup) and it is mandatory to change gloves after picking something up off the floor. Idk about other countries but that’s the rules we follow.

The boba man dropped the boba sheet and picked it up with his gloves but did not change them when continue to make the boba. 9:15
do you have eyes? he dropped the cylinder/cup and the boba sheet but then disposed the boba sheet @ 9:20 & picked up the cup.
I always think gloves are worn to make consumers feel better. It’s often never change at all. I mean, who have time to keep on changing gloves?
