This is a manual capsule filler made from clear acrylic material, chemical resistance,lightweight with compact size. It includes 100 holes enable you assemble 100 pieces pill capsules once greatly save your time, best choice for the DIY capsule maker.
Since there is no audio...note...the yellow piece has a depressed area on the sides where her thumbs are...be sure they are facing up when you lay it on the first piece. (Because the holes are slightly different on each side so it does make a difference...otherwise it does not line up correctly. And just put the capsule halves in by hand as shaking them in end up with too many upside down. Using the whole capsule it is easier to just pull them apart and put each half into the holes. Already separated capsules are too difficult...they are very light and go all over the place just trying to pick them up.
First of all they fit every way, and second it’s a thousand times easier using pre separated capsules what you said about them falling over the place doesn’t make any sense unless you have the tactile skills of a fucking toddler
I'm perplexed by the negative comments. I just finished my first batch with this product, and it went exactly like the demo, quick and simple, 100 perfect capsules. I recommend it.

Just finished my third batch, and it is getting easier to do now. You will have to spend 5 mins or so flipping caps that end up upside down both for the large and small halves. Use a toothpick from the bottom to push up and flip the small ones. Use an empty cap or a wet finger to pull and flip the large halves that get upside down. Before committing to the "squeeze", carefully inspect your work by holding the unit up to eye level and look for dislodged, missing, or upside down caps.
hey just a headsup, you can use an empty caplet to suck the upside downs out. Soubds weird but works like a charm.

I have this machine and I made 400 caps today. It works pretty good. Not as perfect as the video shows, but good enough. She doesn't show you how to use the tamper plate, but it's pretty self explanatory. I recommend using the tamper plate 3 times per batch as you get ~0.6 grams more per 10 each size-0 caps of Kratom.
i bought this last week and it shipped to me today and i love it!
you really need to look at the video a few times to truly understand it but once you do ,its a snap!
dont forget to buy gloves,and use a clean sanitized surface.
the plastic is safe to wash under warm or hot water.
if your really into making great vitamins -buy a face mask !
and dont let people watch what your doing because they might not be sanitized like you.

Once I did my first 100, easy after that. First batch was successful too, just took a little longer. Use a bowl or pizza pan. Have a toothpick available if the caps get turned over. None broke or cracked. Satisfied with product.

I revise my original negative comments below, to a more medium review. My original negative comment is intact right here, but do scroll down to read my additional comments after using the kit many times.. I load it manually, but it works fantastic for filling and tamping, saves an immense amount of time, even if not automatic in capsule placement.

“You must be a fake review. Mine loaded half the capsules upside down. The instructions had no illustrations and made reference to part names not molded in to the parts. This was a piece of junk. Had to hand load every capsule into the base, and after filling had to hand cap every one, one at a time. The cap holder also loads with caps upside down, and even after loading it by hand, crushes bottom capsule half trying to mass assemble. Horrible design does not work as it should. Its just a holder at best. If I could return it, I would. It is little value beyond filling caps by hand.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻” Now go below to read my “better” review after many uses.
+Jennifer WhiteWolf well, besides having to turn some right side up after loading, even my first try was successful with no smashed capsules, etc. Everytime Ive used I haven't had more than 1 or two that didnt close correctly. Maybe you bought a defective one. Or maybe you are using capsules that are too small or two big. It is easy as pie. Not a fake review here!

I gave up trying to use the gadget as an automatic sorter. I just use it as a manual capsule holder. The time savings comes after placing as the filling and tamping goes very quickly. Once filled I just manually put the short end cap on, and then when all are in place, use the panel to tamp in place evenly. In the end it does not really work as easily and automatically as I had hoped, but still saves an immense amount of time compared to hand filling one capsule at a time. Clean up is easy.

Maybe the folks who complain should just buy caps already filled.
Maybe they are not bright enough to follow directions.
Maybe they did not note the side with the rectangular depression goes up when placing on the plate? The taper of the holes matter.
I dunno - only used it once and did a fine job.
I'm confused to how you manage to get them the right way up if its poured in like that.
The way in which the holes are designed only allow the rounded part of the pill to fall through. If the other side is against the hole, it will get caught on the divits inside the holes, keeping it from falling in.

You can’t use 000 size capsules with it which sucks
What they don’t show you is, all the capsules that flip upside down. Which then require you to carefully pull them out and then put them in one by one
Makes me think of all the time I wasted capping up mescaline back in the sixties. It was a good addition to my pot business. And they say crime doesn’t pay it paid pretty good back then. Been on the squares for a long time now.

The capsule maker breaks half of the capsules because there is no guide to line up the backs with the fronts. And they bend and break. Buy a Capsule Machine brand. It's only 24 at a time but it's designed well. And there's no speed advantage to this unit because you can't just dump in the caps. They have to be placed 1 by 1 or half will be upside down. I wish someone would have left an honest comment before I bought the 00 and 1 size units...
I haven't had any of those issues besides a few landing upside down that I fixed quickly, maybe it's just a faulty 1 or maybe it's u.
You must be doing it wrong or have a busted machine. Maybe you're putting the orange plate on upside down? Besides the upside down capsules that are easy to flip over this thing worked fine. I followed the steps laid out in the video and now have 100 capsules of product in front of me.

This is missing two major pieces. There is a frame that goes around it to keep the powder from spilling and the tamper for maximum fill of the capsules
this machine does not work with 00 size capsules which are too big for the bottom plate
I purchased this very item and can't find the receipt. I've had it about 6 mos before seeing if there was a video on how to use it. (Only used once, placed each capsule in by hand lol) I don't think I received the upper right hand part at 0:19. Is there a way I can get this? Otherwise it's pretty neat. Anyone have a trick for getting that last bit to fit in the capsule? Like I have a size 0 and it doesn't quite fit 500mg, I tamp it down as far as I can. However, the short end has plenty of empty space after they're put together.

They have probably absorbed humidity. This will make them swell. You need a dessicator if you are going to do this sort of thing. Save up all the silica granules you can get from every package of anything you ever buy. Make a small cloth (cotton, no synthetics!) about 2 inches square. Fill it with the silica gel granules and sew it shut. Put the bag in the oven at 100 degrees Celcius for 4 hours. Then put the bag in a sealed plastic bag with the capsules for 2-3 days and they will dry out and become usable. In future always store them with the silica bag. Dessicate the bag again from time to time.

I like to PACK my capsules tight with powder.. These mechanisms do not work very well when it comes to filling up capsules to the dosage I like.. Example: 2:14. Anyone have a recommendation?
She doesn't use a tamper which comes with these machines. The tamper is another piece of plastic in a square flat shape, and it has raised plastic bumps that fit into each of the 100 holes where the capsules have been placed. You place the tamper square piece over the filled capsules square piece and push down, so it compresses what's already in the capsules. You can then spread more powder, tamper again, and so on until the capsules won't accept more powder. If you look on ebay where they sell these machines. you'll see the plastic tamper piece that for some reason she does not include using here.

Has anyone tried scraping powder with metal scraper? Every video I've seen uses plastic ones. I wonder if there's any sort of unwanted effects on the powder.

By using the tamper tool provided. Use it to press the powder down into the larger capsules end and then use some more powder to to fill up. She forgot to use it in this tutorial. Not very helpful, that. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Every single video on RUclips showing you how to use these machines is missing a piece. In this one, she is not tamping down the powders to fit more in which is a piece that comes with the kit and is pictured in the beginning- but at least she’s not putting the capsules in one by one like the other morons trying to teach you how to do this on RUclips

Sailordude2012 so many go in upside down and are hard to get out to turn the right way, I just started putting each on in manually to save time correcting it.

This is the one I have and I can assure you the caps do NOT go in that easily. Otherwise it’s a great product. Just time consuming

@@jenniferwhitewolf3784 I beg to disagree. I have used this machine many times and it always produces good quality capsules for me. I think you will get good results too, if you apply a bit more attention and patience to the process. Just check that the halves have gone in the right way up and you can't go wrong. It's a very affordable( paid about £35) and well engineered machinery.
Everytime I turn the top plate with the caps in, they all fall out no matter what side I put the orange plate, I'm. About to. Throw it the fuck out! GRrr
