RULES:
The Speed Die is not used in determining doubles; instead it is used in determining triples. If triple 1s, 2s, or 3s are rolled, the player who rolled may move forward to any space on the board and complete their turn, then they do not roll again. If you pass go, you collect $200. If you roll triples after rolling doubles 2 times in a row, you do not go to jail but move anywhere on the board. The Speed Die is not used when trying to roll your way out of jail.
If you roll a 1, 2, or 3: Add the rolled number to the normal dice total. If you roll a Mr. Monopoly: Move according to the normal dice, and take that turn as normal. Before rolling again or passing the dice to the next player, move to the next unowned property, which you may buy or auction. If there are no unowned properties, then you move to the nearest unmortgaged property owned by an opponent. In the event that all opponents' properties are mortgaged, do nothing.
If you roll a Bus: You can choose to move the value of both of the white dice, or just the value of one white die. For example, if you rolled a 2 and a 6 and a Bus, then you can choose to move 2, 6, or 8 spaces.
If you roll a bus in the Mega Edition, take 1 Bus Ticket from the deck. If there are no more tickets left, or if you decide to, move to the nearest Chance or Community Chest space, whichever of the two is closer. Хобби
Oh my.. I have been missing out. I never played with it, because I didn’t know how. Thank you
0:50 dang, I feel old. I remember when his name was "Rich Uncle Pennybags."
Question: Everything on the board is owned and you role a Mr. Monopoly. Do you move the amount of spaces that's on the dice first and then go to the next unmortgaged property to pay rent? If so, does that mean if you land on someone's property first and pay them rent, then you have to move again to the next property to pay rent again? Sorry if the post is long and confusing, but it's a genuine question since I would hate to pay double rent on hotels
Yes, you will have to pay double rent in that scenario.
However, if the player doesn’t ask for it, you don’t have to pay, as long as your turn has ended.
For anyone that wans to play monopoly with the speed die but they/you don’t actually have a speed die, u can replicate the speed die by using a THIRD 6-sided die, 1, 2 and 3 remain the same, but 4 and 5 are Mr. Monopolies and 6 is the bus, this can also work if you lost the speed die. (All rules mentioned in the video also applies).
That was pretty clever Mr. Smarty-pants, send NASA your CV 🤣🤣
Thank you so much,I lost my speed die
and how would you know which ones which
@@v3k1tg I literally explained in the comment one year ago
@@justamrcreeper6467 I meant how are you gonna differentiate the dice since all three would be white/the same
What is the 6th face of the speed die? 1,2,3,mr monopoly, bus and???
Another Mr. Monopoly
the 6th face of the speed die is another Mr. Monopoly
@@v3k1tgIf you roll a Mr Monopoly and then pass go, do you collect 200 dollars?
@@Alex-gg9ht yes you do
2nd Mr monopoly
When can you use the speed die? Can you use it whenever or can you only use it after a turn where you rolled doubles?
After passing GO for the first time.
You use it every roll
@@MrWrl101 Yep, every roll after passing Go. Except when you're in Jail.
you dont have to pass go once first . you can use it immediately
@@besteventclockthat’s a house rule. But official rules state you have to pass go first before using the Speed Die.
i thought it meant monopoly but you speed die or die fast for a second.
Can you make a French Tarot tutorial?
At first I thought you said, “French Toast Tutorial”. Lololol. Btw it is late rn.
So just after you passed GO for the first time, you can use the Speed Die, but if you roll doubles and a bus, do you only have a choice of the die and the two combined? Also, just after getting out of Jail, can you use the Speed Die for the rest of your turns or do you have to cross GO again to roll with the Speed Die? Finally, can you use the Speed Die on your 3rd turn in Jail?
-Yes, you may choose between one or both dice.
-No, you don't need to pass GO again after leaving Jail to use the Speed Die once more
-No, you may not use the Speed Die on your 3rd turn in Jail.
I don't know about the board game rules, but the way it works in the Monopoly Plus video game is that if doubles are rolled with the white dice, the speed die is ignored unless you roll a triple.
What do you mean the rest of your turns? You don't roll again after getting out of jail with doubles.
For all my Mandela Effect lovers, based on the dice, did that darker, shaded part not look like a monocle on only one of his eyes?
Question; say one player owns every property then rolls the monopoly man, does that become a broken gamestate? Since that player has to move to the next property owned by another player, but they own every property
And yes, I'm asking because this has happened to me and my friends
If there are no valid properties to move to, do nothing.
question: if you roll doubles do you count the speed with them like if you get 5,5,3 do you go 10 or 13 and do you still do the mr monopoly move or bus?
You move 13
Also if you decide to play with the extra die, give all players extra £1000. Also, no one is allowed to use it until they’ve done one lap around the board.

Yes I have a whole bunch more monopoly versions to do
@@TripleSGames I’m so waiting for you to make more monopoly videos!
Question: is there a number 4 in the dice?
I roll double 6 and a 1. Do I move 13 spaces or 12
i think 13
за исключением того факта что от монополии у меня остался один кубик правила как в оригинальной монополии
I rolled a 2 5 and a 2 in the speed die = 7
Hi, I have a question regarding the mr monopoly die, when I roll and get him, the guide says that I owe the owner the rent money but it does not say when I have to pay it, I assume it must be settled in the same turn but my friend says owe does not mean have to pay straight away, also in the guide for example when you want to build the house(s), you have to pay straight away and not "owe" the bank, thats my friend's argument for not paying 🤣, can you please clarify this bit?
Thanks!
Thanks!
I know it's red, but it's already blue.
Ok but how does this speed up the game?
Since 3rd of the rolls give you mr monopoly all properties will get owned much faster. When all properties are owned all mr monopoly rolls will make players pay rent to others. So it does speed the game drastically
A variant of this die's rules that I came up with:
The speed die is used for determining doubles as well.
The speed die adds the total of the white die times the number. If not a number, assume 0.
For example, rolling 3 and 6 on the white dice, and a 1 on the speed die means the number of spaces you move is (3+6)+(3+6)*1.
Rolling triples allows you to move twice in a row, and rolling doubles after triples adds on an extra turn per double.
For example, you roll a triple. Then you roll a double, then you don't, and then you roll a double, which does not cause you to go to jail.
The speed die is used when trying to get out of jail.
Hello...
