I did find a recipe that I've taste & it good. It's where you get the individual packet of sugar free orange Sunkist, add to 16oz glass of water & then put some heavy whipping cream in it with some ice & it taste just like a dreamsicle. It's an easy & fast drink to have anytime and figure friendly!! 😉 Addison is so adorable and she didn't have to do thumbs 👍 up because could SO tell she was enjoying that dessert, so so precious!! Stir in the orange gelatin until dissolved. Stir in one cup of the orange sherbet until melted. • Pour over the cake slowly, allowing the mixture to soak into the holes; refrigerate for at least 4 hours. • In a large mixing bowl, melt the remaining cup of orange sherbet. Add the milk and pudding mix and whisk; let it set for a couple minutes to allow the pudding to thicken. • Add the whipped topping and fold in until smooth and well-combined. • Spread over the cooled cake and garnish with mandarin oranges, if desired.

Everything looks delicious. I will definitely be making the cake for our next family gathering. A suggestion would be not to leave the milkshake in the blender so long and it would be thicker. The longer you beat it, the more liquidy it will be.

Yes the sherbert is melted for the icing. I used the small container of cool whip, it is 8 ounces.

Calvin said that the bad air is supposed to be getting down here also. He said that he couldn't see it but it does seem to be harder to breathe when he was outside this morning.

We're doing good today. Calvin only went out for a few minutes this morning. I'm glad that you enjoyed the cake. I made a BBQ chicken ranch casserole yesterday and we had a piece of that cake with it also. The cake is so light that we can both enjoy it.
