I'm afraid not. The Rapids Accelerator for Spark depends on the RAPIDS CUDF project for GPU acceleration. CUDF isn't supported on Windows. It might be possible to get this running on WSL2, with GPU passthrough. I'm not sure one would do that in production, though.
