    I went to Catholic Grade School and Catholic High School finished top in my class advance College classes etc. it wasn’t til I was 29 that I found out that Jesus was Devine and Jesus was the Eucharist! They taught us the Jesus and Buddhism were they same. In fact Catholicism took everything from Buddhism! In Bible class we were told to write out the books of the Bible. The teacher had a Masters in Theology from Loyola. Socialism was promoted and Communism from Cuba was praised! Instead of praying in front of the Eucharist we did yoga and meditation on nothing in the Chapel by nuns!
    My Cousins fled Communist Yugoslavia so I knew politics. When I told the Nun that what she was teaching was Socialism she told me yes but that not what we should call it!

    I fear for our bishops who need to remember the spiritual works of mercy, two of which say,
    "to instruct the ignorant and to admonish the sinner." Whew! Recently I had a Mass offered for the souls of clergy in purgatory.

    I am a convert. I never really thought about the Eucharist until after I converted. How can anyone say,’It is just a symbol,” when Scripture says otherwise? Jesus says himself at the Last Supper, ‘This is my body, which is given up for you.” He didn’t say that it is a symbol. It IS the real Presence!

    Abandoning one's cross will not bring one closer to Christ. I am literally feeling ill with all that is happening to our Church. I expect all this craziness in the world, but not the Church. The Church (Christ) is the One Anchor, the One Constant, the One foundation in a world that is constantly changing. Don't take away the only solid ground that I have. I can't live (nor care to live) if they change what Christ has given us. May God have mercy on me!!

    Thank you Ralph Martin for speaking the Truth on our Holy Eucharist. This most sacred liturgy is what sets us apart from all other christian religions. The reverence and sacredness has been lost without proper devotion and holy respect for the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of our Eucharistic Lord. May the Holy Spirit enlighten all faithful Catholics on the necessity of receiving Holy Communion worthily for our good and the good of the whole Church. 🙌🏻🎚🙌🏻 O Sacrament most holy, O Sacrament Divine all praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine! 🎚🎚🎚🎚

    Thank you for posting this, for as much as I love my brother he must made a decision, I struggle with this almost on a daily basis.
    In a dream i saw our Lady in a black veil, she was crying for lost souls.
    The amount of souls was incredible, she allowed me to pray and cry with her.
    I'm not a saint, just a Catholic who truly wants to know the truth.

    I thank the Lord so much for Renewal Ministies!
    Ralph and Peter teach with such simple basic truth and not this wacky Catholicism coming from way too many of the hierarchy. We are living the prophecy of Bishop Fulton Sheen, and Renewal Ministries are leading the laity.
    “Who’s going to save our Church? It’s not our bishops, it’s not our priests and it is not the religious. It is up to you, the people. You have the minds, the eyes and the ears to save the Church. Your mission is to see that the priests act like priests, your bishops act like bishops, and the religious act like religious.” FJSheen

    Cardinals should faithfully implement Vatican II and should take care not to lead people to heretical ideas. How we receive the Holy Eucharist will determine our eternity. Christ is unequivocal on the gravity of sin and His commandment to cut it off completely from our lives.
    Lord, help me to receive Your Body and Blood in a state of grace.

    REPEAT> We've discovered that by reverently expressing, "The Most Holy Eucharist" ((yes, longer to say than Eucharist, but ...) we come to understand more on how to grow in holiness because the words help us to personalize the love of God in Jesus as well as to recognize "He is God & I am not". God bless you all!

    Ralph, this is the truth we must not take the Eucharist if we have serious sin on our consciousness I do believe this, it was not till the I was free of this this kind of sin could I take the body and blood of Christ. Before this many times I went up with folded arms sometimes and is was not until the grace of god was I free of moral sin. This took time to happen.
    I watched each Mass and it occurred to me tha I was the only one not taking Eucharist but the more I paid attention I saw others doing the same and realized other people may be going through a similar process.

    You must be in the state of grace. Meaning sins are confessed with sincere sorrow in order to receive the Holy Eucharist. Nothing has changed it is dogma. St Paul writes about it also.

    Sequence for Corpus Christi, from the 1981 Lectionary approved for Australia and New Zealand (Volume 1, pages 601 - 603). It is a translation by James Ambrose Dominic Aylward OP (1813-1872) and was published in Annus Sanctus in 1884, pages 194 -196.
    Sing forth, O Zion, sweetly sing
    The praises of thy Shepherd-King,
    In hymns and canticles divine;
    Dare all thou canst, thou hast no song
    Worthy his praises to prolong,
    So far surpassing powers like thine.
    Today no theme of common praise
    Forms the sweet burden of thy lays --
    The living, life-dispensing food --
    That food which at the sacred board
    Unto the brethren twelve our Lord
    His parting legacy bestowed.
    Then be the anthem clear and strong,
    Thy fullest note, thy sweetest song,
    The very music of the breast:
    For now shines forth the day sublime
    That brings remembrance of the time
    When Jesus first his table blessed.
    Within our new King's banquet-hall
    They meet to keep the festival
    That closed the ancient paschal rite:
    The old is by the new replaced;
    The substance hath the shadow chased;
    And rising day dispels the night.
    Christ willed what he himself had done
    Should be renewed while time should run,
    In memory of his parting hour:
    Thus, tutored in his school divine,
    We consecrate the bread and wine;
    And lo -- a Host of saving power.
    This faith to Christian men is given --
    Bread is made flesh by words from heaven:
    Into his blood the wine is turned:
    What though it baffles nature's powers
    Of sense and sight? This faith of ours
    Proves more than nature e'er discerned.
    Concealed beneath the two-fold sign,
    Meet symbols of the gifts divine,
    There lie the mysteries adored:
    The living body is our food;
    Our drink the ever-precious blood;
    In each, one undivided Lord.
    Not he that eateth it divides
    The sacred food, which whole abides
    Unbroken still, nor knows decay;
    Be one, or be a thousand fed,
    They eat alike that living bread
    Which, still received, ne'er wastes away.
    The good, the guilty share therein,
    With sure increase of grace or sin,
    The ghostly life, or ghostly death:
    Death to the guilty; to the good
    Immortal life. See how one food
    Man's joy or woe accomplisheth.
    We break the Sacrament, but bold
    And firm thy faith shall keep its hold,
    Deem not the whole doth more enfold
    Than in the fractured part resides
    Deem not that Christ doth broken lie,
    'Tis but the sign that meets the eye,
    The hidden deep reality
    In all its fullness still abides.
    Behold the bread of angels, sent
    For pilgrims in their banishment,
    The bread for God's true children meant,
    That may not unto dogs be given:
    Oft in the olden types foreshowed;
    In Isaac on the altar bowed,
    And in the ancient paschal food,
    And in the manna sent from heaven.
    Come then, good shepherd, bread divine,
    Still show to us thy mercy sign;
    Oh, feed us still, still keep us thine;
    So may we see thy glories shine
    In fields of immortality;
    O thou, the wisest, mightiest, best,
    Our present food, our future rest,
    Come, make us each thy chosen guest,
    Co-heirs of thine, and comrades blest
    With saints whose dwelling is with thee.

    The whole Eucharist in the hand or mouth debate is very misplaced. Too many Catholics are more than likely receiving the Eucharist in a state of mortal sin because they no longer go to Confession. How we receive the Eucharist is not nearly as important as the state of our soul when we receive it. We need to do all we can to be in a state of grace at all times, especially the times in which we live. With so many people talking about the importance of inclusiveness today, I wonder how these same people would respond to Jesus' parable of the sheep and goats? Clearly, on the day of final judgment, some people will be excluded from the kingdom of God and some people will be included. We need to practise a continual repentance leading to moral and spiritual conversion.

What then of my brother or sister who have this disorderly passion but know of their faults and actively beg the lord everyday to set them free, yet every day and every hour struggle with the battle and many days fall in the battle. What then shall we say to them?

      Make regular confessions through a priest. Keep praying to God for strength and asking the intersession of St. Michael, St. Joseph, St. Pio, and our Lady. They all pray for us as friends in heaven. Unfortunately it's not a switch that will flip, but a constant war during which some battles will be lost. "Pray, hope, don't worry" - St. Pio. God be with you, your friend, and all of us fellow sinners 🙏🏼.

      I am not a theologian but people, myself included, should probably not be participating in the Eucharist if in a state of mortal sin. Sincerely confess, with a sincere intention of not re-commiting a particular sin. If I can't do that I can still go to Mass, just not receive. Don't make it worse by taking Holy Communion if you know you are not in a state of grace. I am a sinner, Lord have mercy on me.

    How is that so many bishops all over the world are able to spread false teachings without any apparent consequences? I dunno, maybe something is happening in the background I'm not aware of but there seems to be an acceleration in heresy going on and nobody is being held to account. If the men who are supposed to lead are able to get away with acting defiantly, how can ordinary people be held to a strict standard? The last thing the world needs at this time is false teaching in the name of inclusion. That's my take on it anyway.
