When the light of the Holy Spirit shines into our hearts, how ugly our hearts and lives look ! And the more the light shines into our hearts, the more ugliness that is revealed. But Satan tries to turn our repugnance for the ugliness into a guilt-trip that will cripple our Christian lives.
These readings keep popping up during Christmastide and a great reminder of Mary's place in the Divine economy. Just imagine being with Jesus for 30 years before the start of His ministry; what Mary experienced is UNDERVALUED 😊.
We cannot hide our hearts from God. Unless we open our hearts our soul and mind can never be given over. That is just a simple truth, but it can be a difficult thing to do. We want what we want, that is Satan's keyhole.

I have really been drawn to the Devotion to The 7 Sorrows of Mary! Which as a child ( over 70 years ago) my mother took us to every Friday night! I just read the this devotion was asked for by Mary in Rowanda in the 1980s I think! GOD BLESS RALPH!!! AND MAY HE HAVE MERCY!!! ON US ALL!!! IN THESE PERILOUS TIMES....WHEN THE THOUGHTS OF MANY HEARTS ARE BEING REVEALED.
