    Bulbbuul character was portrayed with so much finesse. From a doe eyed young bride in love with Satya.. how she progressed into the horror stricken woman that discovered men's facade. To the matured lady who realised she can't mope behind and became a goddess and took matters in her own hands. Beautiful acting

    • @alenaj1579
      @alenaj1579 3 года назад +296

      m771fine Not true. In India it’s much worse than in some of the western countries. I’m india I was told to cover up and that it’s my fault the men catcall me, it’s my fault the men look at me with those eyes, and that was before I was even 15. I was told to not pursue an education, instead to get married as quickly as possible. I moved to Australia at the age of 16, I never had to worry about such things again, I was never criticise or seen at fault for just being born a women. Of course the west isn’t perfect in it treatment of women. But India is much worse.

    • @malwaysfine
      @malwaysfine 3 года назад +46

      @@alenaj1579 Yes your points are valid. However you cannot generalise all people and say that all women have faced SEXUAL HARASSMENT. My point of view was on that matter only. I completely agree to what you say.
      For example in my household we have utmost respect for women and do not treat them badly because they are women. I love them and respect always go hand in hand. Even in some other closed ones homes I have marked women are not sexually harassed.
      Hence my points are with respect to allegations that ALL WOMEN have faced SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

    • @malwaysfine
      @malwaysfine 3 года назад +8

      @alena J If you are keeping the point that staring is SEXUAL HARASSMENT, then I guess everyone is wrong about that thinking. If that sexaul tension/attraction was not present towards females, then humanity wouldn't have survived i.e. producing children, building families, loving women, etc.
      You must fight with Nature/God about this mentality of harassing women, I personally wish there would have been a switch to control sexual thinking in men which would only be ON after maybe marriage if you think it will solve problems. The thing is proper western culture should be implemented in India if you want to stop these sexual frustrations. I clearly mean sex early in life before marriage with multiple relations. But that isn't possible due to religious beliefs and mentality in India. People are NOT educated enough to mature themselves in this matter.
      Also do not get started on Marital Rapes now. It is present but at the same time the above point of deleting sexual things in men should be done by Nature but that is not really possible. One has to agree that people wait for marriage to have sex and incompatibilities in this serious matter gives possibilities in marital rapes.

    This movie gave me goosebumps. Initially I put it on expecting it to be a horror movie but it eventually developed into something filled with suspense and drama... the movie's background is set culturally so rich. The story itself fills you with so many feelings and emotions throughout the movie.
    Wish Indian cinema had more such movies made.

    Tripti will definitely become the most sought after actor in the coming years. She's literally got everything the visuals , voice and brilliant acting skills.
    Her line delivery has such perfect timing along with her subtle expression . She can go from naive innocent girl to an ominous looking killer.
    This girl is apt fot spy thrillers, antagonist roles, even historical films. Hope she chooses more female centric movies. I can totally see her doing SLBhansali movies in near future.

Blank expression and background music, it plays on viewers psyche. You can’t unsee it once you see that see has same expression in all her movies

    Makers of this piece of art deserve a salute. The work Tripti has done in this movie is just extraordinary... Nothing less than that. This movie touched my heart in a way that a very few movies has ever done. I think this is how bollywood should do their work. And the least appreciated person for the movie is the director and the writer Anvita Dutt... She has made a masterpiece.. this movie will become history believe me or not..🔥🙌

    This movie gave me goosebumps. Not only in old days but also in today's era we women's have to suffer from many kind of mental and physical abuses, this shows the brutality of our society.
    The only way to protect from this misogynistic world is to bring out the kali from inside.👣

  • @tanimeghameowww
    @tanimeghameowww 3 года назад +1353

    This is the actual truth of our mean minded society. They only know how to abuse women and cannot bear a higher level of women. They tortured, beat and even harassed women sexually. On the other hand they worship the women goddess for power and help but don't know to respect their own wife or mother or sister or daughter. Thank God for some great people like Vidyasagar, Raja Rammohan Roy and so on that we have come to a better position of our society now.
    Please don't waste my precious time. If you don't like what I commented. Then please don't read. Because you fools don't understand that it is taking everyone's precious time. And don't dare to pass comments about what I had said. Instead do some useful works. Understand or you all better understand!!!
