Nice review BUT the Hurricane and the Spitfire are not the same aircraft. The Spitfire was the icon in every way. The Hurricane was also a fantastic aircraft and both played key roles in WWII. The watch is a homage to the Hurricane and the pilot who flew it to be a top ace. The colorways commemorate the locations he was stationed during the war. The Spitfire Type300 is also a fantastic watch, I have both. See the AVI 8 RUclips channel for the history behind the watches. Again😀 nice review
Uhh yes, I know that they are different planes. The aircraft on the sleeve that all of the current AVI-8 watches come in is a Mark XIV Spitfire. The watch is an homage to a Hurricane pilot. Did I not make that clear in my unboxing?
@@ZeedePlus looks more like a P51 Mustang to me. Certainly not a Hurricane or a Spitfire and the vertical stabiliser and planform looks just like a Mustang too
