was looking to see if there was instructions on why or how to make this cup work cause my granddaughter could not get the juice through the straw and I saw other videos and nobody talked about this problem so Thank you so much! I finally followed your instructions and learned that the cup was salvable. I appreciate you!!!

I was struggling with a diff type of their cup but same straw. I read the directions that came inside the cup...it said there is a 1st time activation on them. It says to just squerz the valve which make it a one way straw

I couldn't see what you were doing to the valve cause you and the cup were turned sideways. I am still frustrated because it didn't pull apart. Ugh! Help! Anyone?!
Thank you for responding. I do have the same cup. It did not pull apart. I did look at the straw again and the straw is not long so I think the bottom part of the straw is already pulled part and missing, which means it should work. It doesn't.

That valve is what prevents it from spilling. I pushed it through but now it spills out of the top. Happen to anyone else ?
If all cups have the same plastic inside the straw, maybe the plastic is there for a reason... besides making us angry!! lol!

If you have the same cup as in the video, that straw will pull apart. Wiggle and pull.

Maybe that one is defective. I’d take it back to the store and exchange it.
