Invoking the comfort and grandeur of the past, this house gets enough wind and light and is made of earthen materials, so it can live comfortably in hot climates without being over-conditioned. Finishing is a way to bring out the beauty of the same material as placed, so the cost of finishing can be reduced. The roof is made of galvanized iron, there are less problems from termites, rust and other natural causes. Built on 1800 square feet, it comes to 2100 square feet when adding the patio and attic space.ArcSpace has been harnessing the potential of diversity in manufacturing for problem solving and innovation since its founding in 1998. In such a way an opportunity was given to include some difference in this house also as requested by friend Subhas.
