Brickell is an urban neighborhood of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida, United States, growing to become Miami's "Millionaire's Row" in the early 1900s after the construction of lavish mansions along Brickell Avenue by Mary Brickell. By the 1970s, office towers, hotels and apartments began replacing the historic mansions. Today, Brickell has grown to overtake the city's historic central business district to the north, as one of the largest financial districts in the United States. Can you do Wilmington DE its really small no gas wasting
My only suggestion is to edit out the red light waits as a courtesy to those watching. That's what I did for my Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach vid. If i didn't then the red lights would have added another hour of time to the vid. :D

We live in Brickell, right on the bay, and I can tell you that it is one of the most diverse and dynamic areas in the U.S, perhaps even globally. It has become a very urban, trendy environment, that appeals to everyone from retirees to young families. Again, quite a unique place. When you consider the proximity to nightlife and water, as well as the beautiful skyline at night, I would say that Brickell is indeed a value when compared to San Fransisco or New York. My wife and I have a 1 year old son, and small dog and the only thing we regret about Brickell is that we did not move here earlier!

Well..it ranked 77th out of 100. That's not to bad. Should be better considering.
the heat keep people in a lot. tourist can tolerate it but it's very taxing for locals. I myself go out only after about 4pm in the summer when i'm off or if i can be indoors or under a shelter. but by October thru May the weather is perfect... warm with a cool breeze. I myself spend a considerable time at the park exercising.
but you know from about Sept/Oct thru April/May the weather is really nice and very little humidity. it's those summer months that really bog you down
you're a better authority than me. i've only been here 4 years. I got somewhat accustomed to the heat. the one advantage is that i get to enjoy outdoor activities all year round . but I can see how that heat does weight down on you after a while tho .

Wow Grand Theft Auto 6 has amazing graphics!... In all seriousness this is Brickell/Downtown area of Miami. Ive lived here for 20 years and the area has been incredibly modernized to resemble NYC somewhat. Nearby is midtown/Wynwood which has abit of a Southern California feel to it. I really love my city, can’t really imagine myself living elsewhere.

Hey not sure if anyone is interested but the first few minutes he's in Brickell. Which is pretty amazing and most residents live in apartments. If you pause the video the street that he drives down on is actual one of the former condominiums that producer Pharrell Williams owed. The complex is called Bristol Towers and units start at 1M+.
Just thought it was a cool side note, I frequently pass by it on my way to Key Biscayne

Beautiful very clean but I couldn’t leave there I love the country side with no traffic lights and been able to walk everywhere and meet people you see every day and talk and feel human.
As someone may have already pointed out, while most of the condo's here in this area are quite expensive, "Technically this is not "Millionaires Row" = That area is the houses lining the Bay directly across the channel from the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach.

Ok I have lived in Miami for 35 years and this was birckell area and Biscayne blvd were I work and live.You missed the whole heart of downtown which it’s horrible to how beautiful miami is. Bricked is nice and growing.

Downtown Miami is nice if I could afford it I would consider living there. However the traffic is insane. But as he said in the description most people live and work there.

Good to live, easy to make $ as an business owner with so many tourists, most beautiful women from all over the world, is beach life so everyone is very fit, lots of attractions, clubs restaurants this is heaven!!! That's Brickell Ave and Biscayne Blvd US1 downtown. Some big buildings have been added to the area since this video. But Millionaires Row is on North Collins Ave in North Miami Beach.

Brooke B Thank you, I was about to mention that. He drives through Brickell which is the Financial district, then goes through the Downtown area. The video ends when he is about to start heading to Miami Beach.
